"Install was easy. Up front cost was pretty low with Angie's List coupon. Monthly price is a little high compared to competing companies. Response time with alarms is excellent. I was advised to use glass break alarms within 10 ft of my first floor windows, which we installed correctly. I asked prior to installation if having one in the kitchen would cause false alarms due to dishes clanging, etc. I was told the glass break alarms are configured to a precise frequency that alarms with breaking glass. So, not a "no", but not really an answer. Well, every time we cook dinner, wash dishes or empty the dish washer, the kitchen glass break alarm gives a warning which would sound the alarm if it was set. This has caused us a number of false alarms while we've been away due to shifting bowls or plates in our drying rack. For the first several we've had to pay our police department $120 to check the house, and I was only notified after the first alarm that there was a cheaper option for a security company to drive by to check for a break in."

"They gave us the best rate and the setup was great for ADT system. The installer did have to tell us about other options that would cost more money but he did not pressure us when we declined. We had door, window and motion detectors included. They gave us a week to practice on the new system, but we could call if we were ready to go live sooner which we did. Set up was quick, easy and uneventful. Very nice installer, Phillip Brown. The cost was quoted at a low price, but the bill came from ADT and was much higher. We were told the contract to ADT did not catch up and we will be getting the lower price with a reimbursement for the excess of the first bill. We did the $99 install and are getting a $100 gift card back. 3 year contract is a little annoying but we plan to stay here for a long time."

They are willing to work out a schedule that works for you, which – in my case – included making sure they were out the door before my young children arrived home from school. Clear communication and responsive: I receive an email well ahead of each cleaning, as a reminder and for a chance to reschedule/cancel with plenty of notice. They are also able to help with adjustments of what to do (to keep the cost the same) or to add extra tasks – when you set this up with advanced notice. I also get an email a day or two ahead to confirm the window of their arrival time (usually an hour). They always arrive within that time frame, in good spirits and ready to work. Trustworthy: I have never had any issues with any crew coming into my home. They have my house key. Not only has nothing ever been taken, the crews have a track record of finding things I have lost and thought I’d never see again. They came back a couple of times when this would happen and then – shortly after that – solved the problem and took care of it successfully from then on.
