"The service provided by Daniel was beyond expectations. He was prompt answering any of my questions prior to scheduling, he arrived early, and he evening provided images of the spotless gutters during his cleaning. Some of the houses in my neighborhood can be in tight proximity of each other. I’m one of the “lucky” ones where the space between my neighbor’s house and my house is roughly about a yard and half. When I spoke to Daniel about my neighbor’s concern of accessing her roof, he was very considerate and creatively found a solution, accessing my adjacent gutters via a harness. Crisis averted! I would highly recommend Daniel’s services to anyone."

"Tony's son came to do the cleaning. He was very polite and did a great job cleaning the carpets and removing the stain I thought were permanent. The carpets look very clean and stain free. I would definitely use this service again!"

"I was happy with the work done by Housekeeping by Jodi.  There was a mix up on the original date of when we were to have the cleaning so my husband was unnecessarily late for work, but once I called Jodi, we were able to get it straightened out and rescheduled.  The house looked great after the cleaning!  They did especially good job on the bathrooms and kitchen.

Buffing and Polishing questions, answered by experts

Avoid using abrasive cleansing powders on natural stone, as these products could damage the porous material. Using bleach is also a poor idea because of the porosity of the stone. Avoid using a scrub brush with metal bristles, as they could scratch the stone. If you know who manufactured your stone or who installed the fireplace, you may want to contact that entity for any advice on cleaning it safely.

Silestone® is a low-maintenance countertop material, but certain things, like strong chemicals and solvents, can cause damage. Abrasive scrubs can cause scratches, and products that contain oil or powder can leave a residue. Finally, avoid letting oven cleaner come into contact with Silestone® because it can cause discoloration.

The restoration process often involves a team of professionals to address various types of damage. Depending on the situation, this can include general contractors, electricians, plumbers, mold remediation experts, and specialists in smoke and water damage.

Quartzite countertops are porous, meaning that liquids can seep into the stone and stain them. You’ll need to seal them before installing and resealing annually, depending on use and stone material. Sealing will help prevent stains and etching. On the other hand, you don’t need to seal quartz and other engineered stone countertops since they aren’t porous.

In many cases, it’s worth it to restore stone. Stone restoration generally costs less than replacing the stone entirely, helping to save on the cost of your project while still giving your home’s stone a polished appearance. However, if your stone is very cracked or crumbling to the point of compromising the structural integrity of your home, you may want to consider replacing it. Stone flooring costs range from $6 to $20 per square foot on average.
