I think it was a pretty good price, I wouldn't of got it if it wasn't. I thought it was pretty much good. There were a couple places that they missed a little bit and maybe I should of pointed it out. They were very responsive. They were right there when they said.

They were very thorough and dried within an hour.

I remember that the provider was friendly. honestly this was so long ago, I can barely remember. I would use them again.

It was great.  They scheduled a cleaning just a day after my call.  The cleaner (Eric) called 30 min before the scheduled time to confirm.  He showed up exactly as scheduled and told me what he would do and how he would tackle the problem areas.  He was very pleasant and performed the cleaning just as it was described to me by Bruce (the owner) when I had called to hire them.  The cleaning was done and the end result was better than I had anticipated.  Even though I warned them that the carpet was really old and stained, they exceeded my expectations.  The carpet looks better than one would think that carpet this old and abused could look.  There were no foul chemical smells and it was dry very quickly.  Eric was very nice to converse with and he asked multiple times if I had questions or concerns related to the solutions uses and how he would proceed.  I am very pleased with the quick service and the cost.  Speaking of cost... the actual cost was much less than the estimate provided over the phone.  They had no reason to lower the cost as I had agreed over the phone but the actual price was less based on the size of the rooms when they were finished.  Most companies would NOT lower the end price.  This company did.  That is a refreshing event in this day and age.  I am very pleased with this company, their service and the price.  I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends or family and I will use this company again in the future.

Eric cleaned six rooms, our hallway and stairs in a little over an hour (we had moved almost all furniture first).  He was great and the products they use are completely clean.  It's an oscillating cleaning technology, so there's no hoses snaking throughout the house and the carpets were totally dry within an hour.  Would definitely use them again - my husband is really picky about cleaning and he was very impressed by what a difference this made in how our carpet looked. 

Carpet hadn't been cleaned in over 3 years. Used reviews on Angie's List to choose Clean Green. They were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, punctual, and receptive to any and all questions we had. All the spots from years of wear and tear were treated and are now gone. Highly recommend!

Bruce and Eric seem like great guys, and I really appreciated their ability to get our job done in the small time window we had available. We closed on our house at noon, and were moving in the next morning, so it had to be done that day.
It was imperative that the carpets be done before we moved our stuff in, because the house had a very strong, unpleasant odor from the previous owners.
Eric was on time, and was very nice. He vacuumed and cleaned 5 rooms of carpet and the steps in an hour and a half, which kind of surprised me (he even had some down time when he was having trouble with his machine). Since it takes me half that just to vacuum it all, I was skeptical about the thoroughness of the job. But, he said it was because he'd been doing it for so long, he was really good at it.
Within a couple of days though, I began to see all of the still visible dog pee stains that he did not get out. I was able to remove them with just a spray application of some over the counter stuff, so I was quite surprised that the carpet cleaning hadn't done it. And, most importantly, the odor had not abated at all.
I contacted them via email to let them know. Eric responded that we probably needed to replace the carpet padding. He mentioned something about trying another treatment, but did not specify if there would be a charge for it, and did not follow up. By that time, all of our furniture had been moved in of course, so doing another cleaning would have been a huge hassle (which was why we had it done before moving to begin with).
3 months later, and despite a lot of cleaning, the house still stinks so bad I smell it on my clothes. I'm certain that it is coming from the carpets. We will now need to go through the tremendous upheaval of moving all of our furniture, and finding the time, to do it again.
This company got great reviews on Angie's List, which is why we hired them. I'm sorry to say though, that I would never hire them
again, or recommend them to anyone else.

He delivered on quality and service.  I would definitely use their service again, and have referred them to many people already.

Eric asked lots of questions about the upholstery. He was very honest in his answers, and very confident that he would be able to remove the cat pee smell. He was professional, extremely nice, thorough and gave us tips for what to do in the future. We waited a couple of days after he cleaned our upholstery to see if the pee smell was gone... it has been seven days, and we have yet to smell pee. Thank you Eric!

Eric called ahead to confirm when he would arrive.  Arrived on time.  Explained how their cleaning process worked.  Put down pads to protect wood floor.
Cleaned carpets in all rooms as requested and moved beds to clean under the bed.  Cleaned the stairs and applied a protector and recommended we rake the carpet on the floors.  He showed us how to rake the carpet using his rake.  We both agreed the previous owners installed the wrong type of carpet for stairs.  Great recommendations on  how to keep the carpet on the stairs looking good.
Every spot we identified and spots he found were cleaned to our satisfaction.  Did a walk through when he was done to ensure we were satisfied.  Fixed one spot that needed more work.
Eric was professional and honest about how often we should clean the carpets.,
We called four carpet cleaners, including one ranked high on Angie's List.  KwikDry quote was less than the others without the coupon.  So with the coupon we had a nice savings.  We had two quotes that were $$150 to 200 more than we paid KwikDry. 
This was the first time we had carpets cleaned using this type of cleaning process and was impressed how fast it dried (less than 90 minutes), the spots were removed,  and how nice the carpet looked.  Recommended..

The carpet looked great when finished. We had never had it cleaned and I was a little skeptical. Very satisfied with work. They also cleaned a very old chair and it looked great as well. Will definitely use them again.

When I called Clean Green the owner answered the phone.  Answered all my questions and set up the appointment for the next week as I requested.  The technician arrived on time.  Went to work right away.  By the time he was finished the living room carpet the bedroom carpets were dry.  
They use no harsh chemicals, there was no smell in the air, and they look  beautiful.  
I took advance of the $99.00 special and then I added stair carpeting and another bedroom on.  
Definitely - I would recommend and use Clean Green again.

Very professional and high quality work. Was about $79 higher than quoted on the phone but I was very happy with the outcome so that eased the surprise of the higher than anticipated cost.
