Bluegreen Floor Care

It went very well. I'm a repeat customer of Bluegreen, and I really like them. They are professional, competent, and very friendly. I was very happy with Bluegreen Floor Care. The carpet cleaners arrived on time and completed the carpet cleaning efficiently. 
Carpets were cleaned without the use of harsh chemicals or cleaners. This is very important to our family.

Excellent all around. My first contact was on the phone with Sam who was extremely pleasant and helpful. On the day of the cleaning 2 men arrived who were equally pleasant. We discussed what needed to be done and they got to work. In the end the carpets looked great. Glad I chose Bluegreen to clean my carpets.

They did a great job--2nd time I have hired them. Polite, careful, arrived exactly on time, and did a great job leaving everything sparkling clean. They were recommended by the store where I purchased my carpet from, Carpetland in Milwaukee, and they really are the best carpet cleaners I have had. Even moved furniture as needed! Will definitely hire them again! And it was great to get 20% off as a repeat customer. 

Very willing to accommodate us even though we had to change the original date for service provided,
because of a closing date on the purchase of the home. Everyone that I spoke to from the owner of
the company to the office girls were extremely professional and knowledgeable. We needed the carpets
in the whole house (except we waited on basement) to be cleaned before the furniture was delivered and they
could not have been more accommodating and helpful in arranging to do this.
My daughter said the technicians were very good and did a wonderful job of cleaning her carpeting.

All went well.  They did an excellent job.  You can get a cheaper service, but my experience with carpet cleaning is you get what you pay for.  These guys were excellent.

I liked them.  I know the guy’s mom that runs this company and so they are kind of family friends.  They’re nice and they get there on time.  They do a really good job.  The people that do the work are fine and there’s nothing negative about them.  Their price is reasonable.  They are pretty good with punctuality and professionalism.

After our closing, we went to the new house to find that the cleaners had finished the job, and it looked fantastic. I was happy to find no trace of dog accidents anywhere. I was anxious to go downstairs, where the really bad stains were. Whe I got there, I didn't see any trace of stains there either. I really was shocked! The true test will come in a couple of days when we take our two cats over and see how they react. I'll update the post at that time. Overall, I am very happy I chose BlueGreen.
I think BlueGreen did an exceptional job and would recommend them to anyone looking for a deep cleaning on their carpeting. I also was happily surprised when I received my invoice and found a significant discount was applied because the house was vacant at the time of cleaning. Thanks BlueGreen!

From the first call for an over the phone estimate the experience was great.  The person on the phone was very detailed, gave a realistic estimate over the phone and was not pushy at all.  I called back to schedule and it was easy to schedule around my schedule.  The cleaner arrived ahead of schedule (which was nice and he called before arrival).  He did a walkthrough with me and before he started gave me an exact price to see if there were any adjustments I wanted to make based on the actual price (eliminate a room, etc.).  He did a fantastic job and even provided a bottle of spot treatment (maybe b/c I did their optional protector in one room & the stairs).  Price was very reasonable for the quality.  They have a great referral program as well.  I wouldn't hesitate to call again.  Thanks Bluegreen!

Perfectly. Communication was stellar with Bluegreen and they did a nice job. Great local company that lives up to their promises for keeping a clean job site, not damaging the home with equipment, and impressing the homeowner.
