When the serviceman, Ezra, determined that there was a hole in the pipe leading to the well as well as a 20+ year old pump, he gave us several options as to how to address the problem from simply replacing the pipe, to replacing the pump and the pipe, to capping the well  and hooking up to city water, each with its pluses and minuses.When he replaced the pump he decided to pull it from the ground by hand rather than driving his truck over the lawn Wow! Before the remodel everything in the kitchen looked cheap and worn down (think 1970s brown, everywhere!), and the overall arrangement of the space was really inefficient. Once we began working with them, they provided consistent updates and met with us on a regular basis, enough so that even with unavoidable pandemic slowdowns, it still felt like the project was always moving forward. "Great, He had a technical gas line installed with hard pipe. A couple of the other large names in town gave est. for $150.00- 250.00 but only wanted to run flex line because it's easy, which was not recommended, so unfortunately we did have to pay more. Their price for hard pipe cost alot more and after research I see they've had un-knowledgable techs do it in the past with many problems. Monte's been doing it for decades. He did it quick and easy.
