"Overall well. Luke is very responsive, Explains project and reasons for pre-existing plumbing issues, worked well with my schedule, and offers some options. I had some minor issues and questions with part of the tub fit which they returned to address the next morning at 730 am. I was a little overwhelmed by the work left for me after they replaced everything as far as drywall and flooring repairs but that is what happens in a 50’s ranch The only minor issue I had was the cleanup I had to do in my basement. The main work area was fairly clean but I’d suggest some extra shop vac time. There was a lot of dust, plaster pieces and some “mud” residue that was left on my basement storage items. I would have at least covered them with a sheet or moved them had I known. Long story short. Kegonsa uses good products and the actual plumbing work looks great. They actually were ahead of schedule for my repair. I would recommend them and may use them in the future. Luke explains things very well and offered a few options for our situation."

"Excellent, friendly and efficient service.  There was a problem with the pump 2.5 months later and they came out on a Saturday to figure it out and replaced the box and the flow sensor in the basement.  The problem was in the pump, but it was under warranty, and they wound up replacing a check valve down in the well on the following Monday.  They were very responsive and we're very happy with their service.

Once we began working with them, they provided consistent updates and met with us on a regular basis, enough so that even with unavoidable pandemic slowdowns, it still felt like the project was always moving forward. Once the remodel began, they had nearly daily updates for us on what was coming next, and the project actually finished ahead of schedule! Now we have a kitchen that has at least 3x the workspace, a significantly improved flow, and easily twice as much storage as our previous one did. "Great, He had a technical gas line installed with hard pipe. A couple of the other large names in town gave est. for $150.00- 250.00 but only wanted to run flex line because it's easy, which was not recommended, so unfortunately we did have to pay more. Their price for hard pipe cost alot more and after research I see they've had un-knowledgable techs do it in the past with many problems. Monte's been doing it for decades. He did it quick and easy.
