"I hired JWC to repair my sill plate and associated face boards, an approximate 4x28 foot area sitting under my patio door. To do so, he and his crew had to jack up one side of the house and work in a tight crawl space and outside in nasty weather. Jordan and his crew were very easy to work with and displayed excellent attention to detail. His rates were most reasonable and he did an excellent job of answering my questions and addressing my concerns in a timely manner. I plan to hire him again for other work."

"Install was easy. Up front cost was pretty low with Angie's List coupon. Monthly price is a little high compared to competing companies. Response time with alarms is excellent. I was advised to use glass break alarms within 10 ft of my first floor windows, which we installed correctly. I asked prior to installation if having one in the kitchen would cause false alarms due to dishes clanging, etc. I was told the glass break alarms are configured to a precise frequency that alarms with breaking glass. So, not a "no", but not really an answer. Well, every time we cook dinner, wash dishes or empty the dish washer, the kitchen glass break alarm gives a warning which would sound the alarm if it was set. This has caused us a number of false alarms while we've been away due to shifting bowls or plates in our drying rack. For the first several we've had to pay our police department $120 to check the house, and I was only notified after the first alarm that there was a cheaper option for a security company to drive by to check for a break in."

"They gave us the best rate and the setup was great for ADT system. The installer did have to tell us about other options that would cost more money but he did not pressure us when we declined. We had door, window and motion detectors included. They gave us a week to practice on the new system, but we could call if we were ready to go live sooner which we did. Set up was quick, easy and uneventful. Very nice installer, Phillip Brown. The cost was quoted at a low price, but the bill came from ADT and was much higher. We were told the contract to ADT did not catch up and we will be getting the lower price with a reimbursement for the excess of the first bill. We did the $99 install and are getting a $100 gift card back. 3 year contract is a little annoying but we plan to stay here for a long time."

Initially, they came out and talked with me about what I wanted done in each room and how often. This is not information that they just try to remember; instead, they took detailed notes and photos to make it clear so the regular or substitute crew knows exactly what needs to be done and how. 
Accommodating scheduling: Over the last 10 years, there have been times the crew has come weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. They are willing to work out a schedule that works for you, which – in my case – included making sure they were out the door before my young children arrived home from school. Clear communication and responsive: I receive an email well ahead of each cleaning, as a reminder and for a chance to reschedule/cancel with plenty of notice. They are also able to help with adjustments of what to do (to keep the cost the same) or to add extra tasks – when you set this up with advanced notice. I also get an email a day or two ahead to confirm the window of their arrival time (usually an hour). They always arrive within that time frame, in good spirits and ready to work. Trustworthy: I have never had any issues with any crew coming into my home. They have my house key. Not only has nothing ever been taken, the crews have a track record of finding things I have lost and thought I’d never see again. Happiness Guarantee If something is not done well, they WANT to hear about it so they have a chance to make it right. I had a wood floor which was tricky to get smooth after it was cleaned. They came back a couple of times when this would happen and then – shortly after that – solved the problem and took care of it successfully from then on. Overall, I am very pleased with Mother Earth Cleaners, which is likely clear by my loyalty to them for ten years. Each time I arrive home after they have been here, my house feels and looks amazing. They do a great job cleaning and caring for my home."
