The crew was polite and did quality work, but the experience was disappointing due to poor planning and communication from the owner, Jack. After removing the first tree, the crew realized they needed topsoil. Jack then told me it would cost an extra $250?for just 14 bags of $2 soil. This was never mentioned upfront, and even the crew was surprised. When I questioned the charge, Jack got upset and told the crew to leave unless I paid. He didn?t offer a solution or let me buy the soil myself?just pushed an unexpected 25% fee. I felt cornered into paying to avoid the job being abandoned. If you hire them, get detailed quotes in writing and be ready for possible surprise charges.
