"We received a referral for Woodrite Carpentry from some friends of our who used them a few years ago. We were interested in having a composite deck with metal railing so I would never have to perform any maintenance in the future. We had our project quoted from a number of companies. Upon review, we decided on Woodrite carpentry because of the referral as well as the quote which was considerably less cost. The company is a small operation so the work is performed by one or two people. The work was very well done, in fact we could not have been happier. The detail work was great, the carpenter talked us though the process whenever there was a question. Great job of cleaning up. I was a little hesitant on selecting them because it was a smaller company but do not regret it know. The finished product specks for itself."

"Leo and his brother did an awesome job. Leo had a pretty serious issue happen the night before he was supposed to start our fence; there was a delay with start time but when he arrived he explained what happened- the delay was understandable! They checked with me on a number of things before doing them (working around a tree, post hole issues, etc) and did an INCREDIBLE job on the slope in our yard. I'm having them come back to finish the fence once we get some trees and stumps taken care of. Overall, they were excellent and am looking forward to working with them again!"

"I had a driveway and patio done with in a month I seen a Crack from my garage to my patio, called them to let them know. It took several attempts for Leo to respond finally he answered and sends his guys out they put a filler in at first looked ok. Now to the present 4 months later Crack is back try to call and text no replies this is very bad business ethics, I will still keep calling and texting but I am getting very frustrated, with that said I would not recommend this company to anyone. Maybe if you see this review you will answer your phone"

"I hired On Board Landscaping to remove dead arborvitae and plant eight new ones I provided. The crew was polite and did quality work, but the experience was disappointing due to poor planning and communication from the owner, Jack. After removing the first tree, the crew realized they needed topsoil. Jack then told me it would cost an extra $250?for just 14 bags of $2 soil. This was never mentioned upfront, and even the crew was surprised. When I questioned the charge, Jack got upset and told the crew to leave unless I paid. He didn?t offer a solution or let me buy the soil myself?just pushed an unexpected 25% fee. I felt cornered into paying to avoid the job being abandoned. If you hire them, get detailed quotes in writing and be ready for possible surprise charges. The crew was great, but I wouldn?t work with this company again due to the owner?s unprofessional handling."
