He gained my trust at the start of the project by sharing open and honest feedback on what I was asking for versus what was "the right thing to do" to ensure I would be the most satisfied with the work he proposed. My project involved replacing a concrete stoop, 2 patios, a driveway apron, driveway, and garage; all of which needed to be set at a specific elevation relative to each other and to my house to ensure water was directed away from my house and to the street. Scott's team was responsible for replacing the stoop, patios and driveway apron and led the effort to create the vision for the project, setting landmarks for the proper elevations, and provide guidance as I worked with garage and driveway other contractors. Scott's team finished their work in the time they promised and delivered high quality workmanship. In addition, one of the things I value most in working with contractors is communication, which Scott excelled at as he communicated with me every step of the project. Scott's desire to please the customer was exemplified by him going above and beyond my expectations by helping outside of what was contracted when he took the time to move and spread topsoil from the patio work around my garage saving me the time and effort to do this myself. I will be using All Terrain Construction for any future concret work I need and highly recommend you contract with them as well!"
