Our project is at roughly the halfway point. We have had work done at the site every day. Progress is consistent. Dialog with the High Quality team is continual, productive and response time is very reasonable. This is important because supply chain issues do come up, and changes to plan necessarily happen as the project progresses. These have been well explained when they come up. Some decisions have to be quick ones, and we received good, practical guidance in making those quick decisions. All subcontractors have done quality work as well. The progress and quality of the entire project, down to regrading the front lawn, has been noticed not just by us, the homeowners, but by the neighborhood and inspectors. Thought has been given to how our neighbors as well us, the homeowners living at the site, would live through the project. There have been a few minor things to work through, but given the size of the project, they were minor and we feel right is being done by us. The dialog has been critical and has really led to the positive experience, to setting expectations. Positive communication was established during the planning of the project, which took place over the course of a year. It seemed like forever, waiting a year to start, but it has truly worked to our benefit. It has been worth the wait, and we wouldn't want anyone else doing this kind of work on our home. Nick has gone above and beyond on more than one occasion. His actions show that he is equally invested in the success and completion of our project

RNR was hired to take on an extensive project that involved remodeling three apartment units in two separate residential homes. They were quick to respond to provide a free quote, honest about their capabilities for the services needed, and provided a fair price in a timely manner. "I was very impressed with Jennifer at the showroom. She listened to what I wanted, made a couple of excellent suggestions, and let me browse all the choices. She highly recommend that I take home several large samples and try them out in my home for a few days. This helped me visualize the new floor, which was crucial for my decision-making. Jason came to measure the floors and showed me that there was no subfloor under the existing tile in the breezeway, which was worrying! He showed me where the grout was already peeling and cracking, and told me that most of the tiles in the high-traffic areas would soon start coming loose. New flooring was definitely needed. The two-man crew took two and a half days to complete all the flooring work. They arrived in the early morning and left around mid-afternoon each day. They removed all the baseboards and the covers for the baseboard heaters. I purchased two new toilets ahead of time, so that when they removed the toilets to do the floors, they could re-install the new ones. They removed all the old flooring – some sections were easier than others – and installed the new luxury vinyl planks. In the bathroom where the toilet had been leaking (the reason for the flooring project), they dug out the sections of the subfloor that were rotted and filled it with new stuff. They caulked around the tub in the main bath and the shower stall in the basement. They reinstalled the baseboards and heater covers. They installed a thin metal transition strip where the flooring meets the basement stairs. A separate crew came to ‘turn’ the carpets in the living room and bedrooms where the carpet meets the new flooring. The crew did a very professional job of installing the floor. I paid a deposit of half of the total when I accepted the estimate and half when the work was completed. The new flooring makes a huge difference in the look of the house. I love the style I picked out! I am confident that it’s a high-quality floor that will last for as long as I live here. I highly recommend Stu’s Flooring.

"I had a leaking shower...thought it was because of the plumbing but it was actually because my original shower was not installed correctly. Tom expressed concern over this and explained the cause of the problem and what needed to be done. Best experience to date with a contractor. Tom and his crew were awesome! Quick to respond, very knowledgable and great guys. Tom provided me with good information on making my tile selection. Offered top quaility products and showed me ways to save money. He even coordinated with the plumber so I didn't have to also deal with that. They estimated the job would take 1-2 weeks and it was done in a week and half. They always cleaned up before they left for the day. I will definitely use them again if the need should arise.
