"Well I would beware if you wanted to get a quote from these guys. I needed to get a new well. I received 3 quotes from different sources. These guys came in the best. First I signed the contract in late June and did not get the well till Early Sept. Took an awful long time. They blamed it on weather but there were plenty of stretches of nice weather. No excuse. Then when they finally did complete, the sent me a bill for over $1000 more. Again no excuse. They said they had to do more work so it cost more. Then they need a new estimator who knows what they are doing. I could see a couple of hundred off but not $1000. BEWARE!"

The crew arrived on time all 3 days and kept on schedule. 26 structural beams were installed, drain tile (217 feet) removed and replaced, a new sump pump and an additional pump installed on the other side of the basement. The crew kept me informed and cleaned up when they were done. I've been through this before with another company at another house and this time it was not as invasive. "This review is well over due. Now that we have the drain tile system we have not received any flooding The day he began Brian's team came to our house promptly in the morning at 8am. They immediately started jack hammering the floor around the perimeter of the basement. While two men jack hammered on opposite ends the rest of the team followed behind them clearing debris and bringing the large pieces to a truck to be hauled away. They then installed the drain pipe, sump pumps, and poured cement. They were able to compete the project within 8 hours. I was definitely impressed! Now that it is a year later with 3 seasons behind us we cannot complain about his installation of the drainage system. Furthermore, one year later he still provided us with exceptional customer service. Oddly enough our pipes connected to our sump pump that takes the water from the drain tile to the backyard became detached. He responded asap with putting the detached pipes from the sump pump back together and making sure what happened will not happen again. What I liked about him in comparison to the other companies was his approach. No sales techniques, nothing gimmicky just genuine and straight shooter type of guy. He believes in his service, no thrills and whistles to the product. Just common sense solutions with quality service. It's your house your investment. Call this guy, no "BS" to it.
