It was a smooth and easy transaction. Kurtis measured my garage doors and explained some of the challenges with my garage. He asked me some succinct questions and answered all of mine. I opted for a tougher than normal custom door and he had them installed in less than a month.

NICE GUY - DOES EXCELLENT WORK

During the winter my garage door broke due to the ice and the age of my garage door. The arm that connects to the door broke off. I had Kurtis come out and he fixed the arm. He did indicate that my garage door is on it's last legs. I decided to just fix the arm. But a few weeks later my door kept coming back up. The ice that made my door stick caused more havoc on it. So I called Kurtis up to replace my entire door and the motor. They arrived on time. They were very polite and courteous. They had me up and running with a door door in less than two hours. The door looks and works great.

If you want a contractor who comes on time, invoices in real time, and finishes work early, you have found the right company. Super nice, dependable, timely, and skilled. I could not be more impressed with this operation, and wish they fixed more than just garage doors because I would use them exclusively for all projects. Thank you!

Kurtis did the job himself as a one-man team and completed the removal and install in 3 hours. I am very impressed with the product and the service that I received. I contacted Kurtis on Wednesday, March 20th and the door was installed by 11:00 am on Friday the 22nd. You cannot ask for much more than that. Kurtis showed up promptly and checked out our garage door opener. It was determined that the opener should be replaced. Kurtis replaced the entire unit, helped me reprogram the key pad as well as the Homelink opener in my car. The price quoted was the price paid. We would definitely hire him again.

Our garage door opener did not work consistently with the door shutting then coming back up, After two companies coming out and insisting we need a new opener and springs ($700), I called Kurtis. He looked at the door, and like all problems that onlyoccur intermittently, it would not replicate the problem in front of him. But he listened carefully, watched it several times going through a cycle, and discussed what he thought was wrong and a possible solution if the problem occurred again - a switch that is easy to change out. And he said "I don't see anything wrong so I am not going to recommend any repairs. Please call me again if it occurs and I will replace the switch". He then told my husband one other thing to try, because that would be the first thing he would try before replacing the switch. Then he charged us a very small trip fee for his inspection and diagnosis of the problem. Very honest and helpful.

Kurtis was able to get me in the same day. He knew actually what my issue was and how long it was going to take. He gave me a time to come out and was there when he said he was going to be. He was very professional and fix my door within 5 minutes. He answered any of my questions about garage door maintenance. I would definitely hire again.
