    We are really happy with the finished product. Lindus might be a little more expensive, but with their guarantees and superior workmanship, it was worth it and we are very satisfied. Starting with the Sales Rep, Jordan Maxon, and with each crew as they performed the work, we found everyone to be professional, friendly and easy to work with. Each crew cleaned up thoroughly. The siding was the most expensive, but they did a meticulous job. They wrapped around all the windows and doors so their will never be any maintenance like painting for us to do. Crews were scheduled on time and appropriately finished the job as the time permitted. The contractor was very accommodating and worked for us, the customer, vs working for his sub-contractors. He was available and there when we needed. He handled paying the sub-contractors and ensuring they got the work completed

    We had a new gas fireplace that was to be installed in basement. We contacted great american fireplace to install it and we found out that the piping was no longer in production. They were able to get some ordered with a little lead time. This was going to slow down project, but while at their showroom we found a brick we liked for the front of the fireplace. So we were able to stay on schedule and we love the fireplace and how it turned out

    without hesitation, would recommend this contractor to anyone. each person who performed the work was courteous, performed exceptional work, cleaned up their work on a daily basis, and worked around our schedule (as much as possible). randy (the tile guy) took an ugly, outdated tub area and turned it into a masterpiece. he does extremely professional tile work. Charles answered all our questions (and we had a lot of them) on a timely basis. he kept us informed on the progress of the job and took prompt attention to any issues we had. crew took care to keep dust from getting into rest of our home, was friendly and courteous at all times, and bent over backwards to accommodate us

    My experience with Meyers Contracting was exceptional. Kevin was wonderful to work with. He had very valuable input throughout both projects. He worked very neatly and efficiently and both projects have turned out beautiful. The story from the most recent project: The project started with adding the two egress windows - one for each bedroom. Next was the framing of the existing concrete walls. I had some existing thin foam insulation, but chose to add extra insulation by framing out the walls - Kevin suggested this and in my mind, this was a great decision - there are no drafts or cool air coming through the walls.The cost was definitely worth it. It really feels like a living area - NOT a basement. I also removed one wall and added a header to open up the room further. Power and electrical (including CAT5/cable) came next in the process. I am very pleased with the lighting. Kevin made a few suggestions on placement of recessed lighting, closet lighting, and adding an extra switched outlet in the bedrooms to allow a lamp to be turned off using a switch next to the bed. I love this! Once the electrical was complete - the drywall came next. This only took a few days - I watched him work on this and was very impressed. In one of my previous projects (yes, I have taken on quite a few projects - so I have experience to draw from!) I used a professional drywall contractor. I could clearly see the join on the ceiling - they had to come back and redo the ceiling and told me something about how his son was just learning...ugh! In any case, The drywall finish from Meyers Contracting was perfect. There are no visible seams - and the texturing matches the upstairs perfectly. I did my own painting and I paid to have carpet installers come in. After this piece was completed, Meyers Contracting came in and did all of the trim work. The corners are cut absolutely spot-on perfect. I would highly recommend this very professional contractor

    Craig had an uphill battle because many builders have left me feeling as if they didn't understand or they weren't capable. Craig knows his business and I was quite impressed. He explained the issues with the windows, doors and more. He talked about the order things should progress and the solutions I needed. He is lining me up with a person to draw up the plans for the changes and additions and then we'll tackle the fixes, remodeling and exterior. While I have no numbers from him as of this time, I can tell you that the price for drawing up everything is about 80% less than others. It is certainly the first time that I feel confident I will have a well built home done right! i will consult with him forever and have him do the work if he wants it too. I'll comment back when the work is done. Thanks Craig for a great experience

    Excellent from start to finish. The men were always on time and cleaned up after themselves. The job was completed early. Randy Tews was onsite on a regular basis. He was very picky, even more so than us in some situations. Always returned phone calls, always came to meetings on time. He followed through on every thing we agreed to and the quality of the work was excellent. I would highly recommend them. We used them for two more remodel jobs on our home after that and then had him build a brand new home this past year( the biggest project time and money wise yet) and couldn't be happier. He has a great website with numerous videos and photos of work done and many letters of recommendation, our being one of them

    Paul and his team did an outstanding job of constructing what is now our favorite part of the house. We love all of the features. They did a great job of discussing options and created a plan for what we wanted. They excavated a full basement and built a large room with in-floor heat, hickory flooring, vaulted knotty pine ceiling, air conditioning, a food pantry storage and nice large windows that let light in. They also built a laundry / mud room area adjacent to the porch area. Landscaping outside of the addition has been great; with no water problems (we had some before the addition was added). Pavers outside of a sliding glass door really complement the addition. Paul is wonderful to work with. He resolves issues and goes out of his way to understand and relate to us
