"Working with Trevor and his guys was AWESOME! He came out to our house, got the measurements, inquired about everything we were looking for in our new deck. He provided multiple options (Cedar, Composite, Combination of both types of materials) and provided his insights to help us make the best choice for us.  I got multiple bids for the job and his was by far the best. There was another builder who was trying to charge an additional $6,000 for the exact same deck. He completed the plans for us and stayed in email and phone contact with us the entire time.
He got the work underway a month before we were supposed to start, after checking in to make sure that was alright with us. Trevor and his guys did a wonderful job using a Herringbone pattern on the decking and really nice wood work for the railings and stairwell. They used routers to smooth the edges and added some nice detail. There isn't one thing we don't like about our new deck. 
As someone with limited experience in construction, I really appreciated that he had the expertise and ethics to do the best job possible. I would refer this company to anyone looking for an honest, hard working, attention to detail oriented builder. It is evident that these gentlemen love what they do and they are excellent at it.

"Plumbline did an amazing job on our addition and remodel. Roger kept the project moving forward at a steady pace and maintained excellent communication throughout. We were very pleased with the quality of subcontractors who have strong, longstanding relationships with Roger and his crew. The great room/mud room/half bath addition turned out beautifully and the kitchen remodel is gorgeous! I would wholeheartedly recommend Plumbline based on that high quality craftsmanship alone, but what put them over the top for me was all the extras we asked for along the way. Roger is a next-level problem solver that never minimized esthetics even if it impacted timelines. Big things like re-working the stairway railings and changing the swing of the basement door, so I can more easily manage a laundry basket, and small things like extending the backsplash tile to the floor next to the dog dishes, have all come together so perfectly. The Master Bathroom Has A Walk In Shower That Has Benches On Either Side With Granite On Top And Rock Stones All Around The Front Of The Benches And On The Floor Its Also Done in Rock Stones As Well As Big Square Tiles Surrounding The Inside Walls Of The Shower And It Has Crackled Glass Squares In Between The Big Ceramic Tiles The whole Outside Of The Shower Is Done In Rock Stones And Crackled Glass Stones All Over The Front Of The Shower . It Has To Glass Windows As Well As A Glass Walk Through Door This Shower Is Outstanding And Very Well Made You Would Have To See It To Appreciate It You Just Can’t Imagine How Awesome This Shower Is ."

She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, foresaw things we didn’t and guided us through the entire project. She was always there to answer our questions and address our concerns and made us feel like we were in good hands. We envisioned a beautiful fireplace as the centerpiece for the room and the work Fair and Square did on the stone surround and Columbia wood flooring turned out even better than we hoped. "We are absolutely thrilled with the bathroom remodels performed by Construction as Investment, LLC. We needed to remodel two of our three bathrooms. The two bathrooms are of moderate size, yet we had received estimates ranging from $25-$50,000, which seemed extreme. We then saw the big deal the company was offering for a full bathroom remodel for $5,000 and purchased two of the big deals after researching and finding good reviews on their work.



Vitaly was the project manager and he took the time to answer our questions and provided good suggestions for a few tricky details in our spaces. He also provided all of the needed measurements and instructions so we could confidently go and pick out all of the materials we wanted to use. This was especially helpful with the tile since my wife and I have never done a project with tile before and weren't experts by any means at understanding what to look for and what we would need. Before and during the remodels, I primarily communicated with Vitaly by texting and he was always prompt in responding. This method of communicating was quick and efficient and made it easy to keep the work moving.



Viktor is the companies "bathroom guy" and is an amazing craftsman and hard worker. He actually did both bath remodels all on his own, yet completed the work quicker than the time estimates we had gotten from the other companies that had given us estimates. And it wasn't from cutting corners, etc. Instead, Viktor's work was outstanding. Our city inspector even remarked about the high quality of workmanship on the remodels. Viktor is a very kind, quite and honorable individual. Because we had two bathroom remodels, Viktor spent a fair amount of time in our home and he really felt like a friend by the time the remodels were complete. We were actually sad when the remodels were finished because it meant we wouldn't see him anymore. When has anyone ever said that about someone working in their home? Our nanny homeschools our youngest daughter, so they and our dog were around the house each day with Viktor. He was always friendly to them and they enjoyed seeing him each day.



About a month after the remodels were complete, we had a crack in the grout in the corner of one of the showers. I texted Vitaly and he made arrangements for Viktor to stop back over one evening and make the repair. There was no hassle in resolving the issue and it was nice to see their commitment to doing the right thing even after the work is over and they've been paid.



We had a tremendous experience with this company and would highly recommend them to others looking for a company that does good work and stands behind it.
