ProfiA very professional and pleasant contractor to work with. There was quite a bit of tiling with this remodel and it turned out so well! Very skilled tiling job. After removing the existing tile there was, as you can imagine, a lot of torn up drywall. Drywaller did a great job of smoothing everything out so you can't tell there were any gouges at all. The job took a little longer than I expected, but I know Filip was very busy with other jobs too. Quality work at an affordable price! Thank you Profi!- Karen M.

Country Creek Builders IncThese builders came as a recommendation from one of our neighbors and I’m so pleased we chose them. We did a number of home upgrades throughout our entire house which required much coordination in minimizing our disruption while leveraging service visits across several tasks. In addition, we needed work to be done so I could host Thanksgiving so there definitely was a drop dead date. This group shined. When you do a major remodel and choose to live in the house through it, many challenges arise. Our first day was demo-day. The path of plastic they built to minimize the dust was an architectural marvel. I felt like I was walking through a quarantine tunnel. Given they are in your house for several weeks, it was an incredibly professional crew. Friendly conversation, validating decisions, asking when new questions arise, working hard, and beautiful artistry of their skills were experienced each day. Changes in design were met with a can-do attitude (we decided to raise our shower head late in the game). When new options arose (new shelf in shower inset) they asked if we’d be interested. Scheduling was always coordinated with our need and one result was that we minimized our time out of the house when all of our hardwood floors were redone. This builder has exceptional relationships with cabinet makers, tile shops, and carpet and appliance stores which makes choosing options much easier. Because of those relationships we had top notch service in each store and all the help we needed in making the right choices. I can’t say enough about the positive experience and the process of this complex remodeling. Dan, Dave, Jesus, David, and Carlos, stop over anytime. I’m happy to make another pan of lasagna for lunch and catch up.- Lisa S.

From the start Steve and Emily were very responsive and helpful with the design of our custom dream home. They both answered texts and phone calls within minutes and always had the answers we needed. I am in construction myself, I know that things can go wrong sometimes, but I can honestly say that nothing did. Timelines were right on track, if there was a change in price everything was discussed before hand, if we wanted something changed it was changed. Country Creek Builders IncOur project to finish our basement with Country Creek Builders (CCB) was a very good experience. We started with a look at the CCB website and were extremely impressed with the photos, and videos of completed CCB projects. We noticed CCB offered a range of ballpark estimates using various quality and design choices. We completed the request for consultation on a Thursday evening, Dan called us back Friday morning and set up a time to meet with us on Monday. Dan came out, met with us, and explained his company’s approach for the design, estimation, and project completion standpoints. His design approach included our ideas, wants, requests, or wishes. Dan made recommendations that were up to us to accept or not, and then drafted a first stage design of our basement. After our alignment and acceptance of his designs, we moved into the estimation phase of the project. His estimate included a detailed line by line breakdown of each phase of the project with the corresponding materials and labor costs. He patiently worked with us to add, modify, and or remove various line items to align with our budget. Upon alignment of the estimate with our budget, we signed off on the project contract. Dan estimated the project would be completed in eight (8) weeks and this is when the skills, craftsmanship and talent of Dave kicked in! Dave and the crew (Dave, Jesus, Carlos, and Jeremy) were always polite, respectful of our home and were open to our suggestions. We cannot say enough about Dave and the entire crew and their eye for ensuring that things were done right. All timelines listed in the CCB App were met with minimal to no adjustments. Dave and his team are skilled craftsmen in what they do. The result was a meticulously built finished basement according to our wishes and specifications. Greg provides us many layout options and the process for design and finishings selections before starting construction provided a no surprise project. Adam was great as a project manager and kept us up to date on the timeline, who/what work to expect when and clearly communicated any delays. Country Creek Builders IncFantastic. Dan helped us with the layout and design. His son Dave led the crew at our house that delivered the work and I couldn't have been happier with them and the work they did. Certainly during this fun time, we had myself, my wife, and our 5 young kids living in the house during the project and the team was great and understood our need to get it done on time. The project completed on time and, and with a few tweaks after opening up the walls and replacing the flooring, it came in on budget. My Lang VinZant representative, Ron Fry, was super service-oriented. He was extremely communicative throughout the project, and built confidence by being at my home (always Covid-19 safe) to personally ensure the materials, dumpster and crew were in place for the job. In addition, Ken VinZant came by to ensure the work was done to my satisfaction. Ken even replaced a gutter pipe, damaged during the job (so quickly, without fuss). Very impressive! I would use Lang VinZant again. My wife and I are very particular. We were completely satisfied with Lang VinZant, their representative, Ron Fry, and the great work they did.

We used SpaceTurtle for our kitchen remodel. They were, hands down, the best company to work for. We did extensive research prior to signing on the dotted line, and we are so glad we did. Before, during and after the project we felt like we were taken care of and they were only wanting what was best for us and our family. We have a house from the '50's so there were plenty of "challenges", let alone dealing with COVID and sub-contractors being unavailable. Cody and Marie took all avenues to make sure we were happy and ended up with a kitchen we absolutely adore. Marie had the personality that I needed to make me feel heard, and Cody is the hands behind the magic. He has high expectations for his own work, and the sub-contractors he hires. We have, and will always recommend SpaceTurtle for anyone looking for a contractor. Thanks to Marie and Cody for such a wonderful experience!!!!

At first I had trouble contacting Pineview Builders due to glitch maybe on their answering machine so I submitted a bad review on them which I am not able to edit or remove today since there is no option to do this. Matt and his crew did a really good job and communication was excellent. We had a minor issue with a shingle coming loose and Matt showed the next day to fix it and made sure there are no other problem. I am very happy with this company and I highly recommend them.

Tony and Myles from Yares Renovation Services came through in a horror like situation - the awful water bubble bulging in the wall. They provided expert advice through each step of the fix, was prompt and kind in their responses, and really was looking for the best possible outcome for me. They patched the roof twice upon insurance's requirements, and finally was able to come and replace the roof, which had apparently been patched up to less than code in the past from a previous owner. We now no longer have a leak and will have a much better house. No more worries about the roof over our head thanks to Yares!

After waiting a week for another company to return my call I contacted Rojo Roofing & Exteriors this morning by email through their website. Jose called me within minutes and said he could stop by to give me an estimate this afternoon. He was here for less than 30 minutes and has already repaired our roof! Jose was friendly and professional and honest about what work needed to be done. I'll definitely be calling Rojo Roofing in a couple of years when the whole roof needs to be re-shingled.

We hired Ohana Home and Design to do a total bathroom remodel for us. We wanted something that would be more functional as we age, and yet be stylish. Ryan and Maggie were amazing to work with! They removed the bathtub and made a walk in shower that is completely handicapped accessible. The shower has a gorgeous feature wall made of pebbles that gives that "spa" feeling, and added details, like a towel warmer, that really makes us feel pampered. We were out of town during the entire remodel as we only have one bathroom. I was concerned about returning to a mess to clean up, but I was very pleasantly surprised! The apartment was immaculate and I didn't even have to dust! I was absolutely blown away with the final results! Plus Maggie even added personal touches, like fresh orchids in our Asian inspired spa bathroom! I can't recommend them highly enough! In fact, the bathroom was so amazing, that we've decided to remodel our kitchen, and of course, we wouldn't consider hiring anyone else but Ohana! We also sell and deliver the one car garages we remove prior to construction. If your garage slab is cracked, settled or deteriorated we do on site remove and replace of any garage up to 24 feet wide. If your garage is leaning we straighten it up and install up to code bracing.

Outside Spaces disposed of a wood glass railing and installed a new railing with glass and lights. I have dealt with many contractors through many years of business. I found Outdoor Spaces to be one of the best! They did an excellent job. They were unique in designing a special piece for my clothes line holder for support against the railing. They also suggested power coating the clothes line pole and the hummingbird rod. They turned out beautiful and matched the metal on the railing perfectly. The lighting that they suggested and installed is beautiful. I recommend them highly.
