They were responsive to our initial inquiry, responded to any all all questions in a timely manner, did great work, and everything was completed (site visit, quote, adjustments to plans and cost, and all of the actual work) in less than one month's time! (also took care of an extra "ding" in the drywall in a nearby closet) when they did their work, everything was taped off professionally and sealed, all tile and appliances protected. They came multiple days (over a few weeks), texted/called my husband with updates on days in-between treatment and were respectful of our house and time.
