"They did a great job of repairing my tub which had some cracks in it from the installation. Was much cheaper to have it refinished than replaced as the cost of redoing the tile work was prohibitive. Caleb, the manager , was quick to respond and provided a very reasonable quote for the service. Brian , the technician, called to tell me when he would arrive. He arrived on time and did the work which turned out great. He cleaned up after the job was done and even came back in the afternoon to re-caulk around the tub. Overall a great experience. "We couldn't be happier. The owner came out and measured, then came out again to make sure of his measurements. We picked out vinyl tile from the showroom to replace an old wood laminate floor. "The roof area above our attached garage was leaking badly whenever it would rain or snow would melt. Because there was a wooden deck installed above the rubber roof, it was not possible to determine the source of the leak.  After several attempts at patching things, we started to contact contractors to find out what was needed to fix the problem.  
I called JJB after locating them on an Angie's List search.  We arranged for Jeff to stop by to look at the problems and provide an estimate.  He stopped by, right on schedule, and looked at the problems, took measurements, and explained solutions.  It became clear that the leak was being caused by the poorly installed rubber roof (under the wooden deck) as well as a failing second-floor stucco wall that abutted the roof of the garage.  Because of the cost, we were not able to have the work done at the time of the estimate (April/May).  When we were ready to have the work done, I had a few additional questions about the project and talked to Jeff.  He suggested some different materials for the wall and modified the original proposal with the new costs.  We approved the proposal and Jeff or Ann got back to us right away to let us know the timeline for the work to be done.  
The work started right on schedule and either Jeff, Ann, or the project manager, Joe, would check in with us to let us know how the work was proceeding and any issues.  Some extra work was required due to water damage and the improperly-installed roof materials.  When this came up, Joe explained exactly what would be needed, the charges, how they would be estimated, and all other details.  We approved the additional costs and all of the changes were well-documented so we never felt like we were in the dark about the revised costs.  When the additional work was complete, Joe let us know and the originally-proposed work continued.
All of the work was done carefully with close attention to detail.  We are very happy with how things turned out and, after a few rain storms, we have not had any further leaks.  We highly recommend JJB.

Down to earth individuals who did really great work! we were caught by surprise at the water damage and mold that had occurred ( from a leak in the dishwasher), Chris did a wonderful assessment, told us all the steps and gave us a very fair price. He noted further improvements to be done with the lighting (previous improper installation) and need for access panel (for wiring of our dehumidifier) : and he took care of it!! (also took care of an extra "ding" in the drywall in a nearby closet) when they did their work, everything was taped off professionally and sealed, all tile and appliances protected. I was very impressed and it was such a relief to see their professional workmanship for this stressful time. They came multiple days (over a few weeks), texted/called my husband with updates on days in-between treatment and were respectful of our house and time.
