Volod is a fraud. He tried to use rusty nails to build our deck. He also tried to use nails and materials that were not appropriate for outdoor structures. He did not even build the deck we agreed upon. The inspector had to come back four times because he failed the inspection four times. We told him we would give him 75% of what we agreed to pay because he did not build what we agreed on and now he is trying to sue us. Stay far, far away from this contractor.
