"We couldn't be happier. The owner came out and measured, then came out again to make sure of his measurements. We picked out vinyl tile from the showroom to replace an old wood laminate floor. The crew, Steve and Dwayne, were very professional. They made sure to ask questions about what we wanted. "This is the second time I have used Tony's Steam n Dry Carpet Cleaning.  The first time I hired him to clean my son's condo in Sun Prairie about a year ago.  My son lives out of state and had his place rented to people who literally destroyed it.  (Pigs!)  After cleaning out debris, the carpet was in really bad shape.  We thought we would have to replace it but we thought we would try thorough cleaning first...but not really hopeful.  There were pet damage and red wine spots.  Tony came in and used special chemicals and we couldn't believe the results.  The new renters have never noticed or mentioned any residual odors and the red spots were hardly noticeable when Tony was done.
Fast forward to a week ago and we are preparing a home to sell as we are relocating.  On our long list of things to make the house perfect, Tony was in the last spot because we wanted the floors to be perfect for showing, like they had just been cleaned.  Our other subs kept rescheduling on me and Tony was so patient that I had to keep moving him so he could be our last contractor in the place.
I explained we had some cracked tiles in the kitchen floor replaced which left the old grout and new grout quite visibly different in color.  He went over the kitchen tile four times and it looks like a brand new floor!  We had minor spots in a bedroom and walkway but they are totally gone now.  He and his son came in and were so careful about my newly painted walls and corners and left no marks or chips on corners as they pulled their hoses through.  They really did a fantastic job.  It all looked perfect when they left.
AND they came in under budget.  Tony said my tile was not as bad as he thought from description over the phone when he gave me my original estimate.  So his bill was 85. less than I was quoted.  You can trust Tony to be professional and expert at what he does.  We highly recommend him.

"I hired John to install a checkerboard marble tile in a laundry room and tile a new bathroom floor and shower. The bathroom floor was a black and white hex tile design with a black border that turned out even better than I had imagined. John also installed a heated floor in the bathroom. Great communication skills and very detailed in his work. Would recommend him!"
