Jim initiates exceptional daily communication explaining who would be coming and going at various time throughout the day. I was extremely impressed with how flexible and accommodating the team was as surprises came up. The crew also kept the job moving once they began. I can count on one hand the number of days someone wasn't at our house making progress once project kicked off. Everyone Jim brought in maintained respectful and fun interactions with my entire family. All the subcontractors were also highly capable, worked quickly, and did a nice quality job. The team clearly pursued excellence in the quality of their work, happily doing rework when a task did not meet our expectations. They did everything possible to make sure we were happy with the product. I can't recommend these guys enough and look forward to future opportunities to partner!"

"Dave A, of "Basement REPAIR SPECIALISTS", is someone you should have on speed dial. Dave showed up and thoroughly inspected the areas of concern. After examining the basement area he said he would like to look at the outside of the home. He took his time, commenting on yard drainage grade, gutters, and roof pitch. He said, "he would love to take the Job but he thought we should first take a much cheaper approach to repair our problem". Dave obviously is a man of integrity. We decided to take his recommendations. If we still have continued problems, Dave will be our contractor of choice. It's really nice to do business with a thorough and honest man."

He sent a written quote via email latter that day as promised. When we finally had most things out of the basement we called him back. He came out again, we added a few things to the original plan. They encountered issues with the framing and the old construction, but came up with smart solutions and provided a strong, properly built, and beautiful staircase. "Took 4 weeks - as originally quoted. Very respectful of owners home and space. Always put down tarp for access in and out of home though family room. Very impressed by clean workspace both during the day and at the end of the day (we have 2 dogs and a cat running around so this was really important to us). Kept us well informed of timing and plans though occasionally delayed response time when calling. Always open to questions and concerns. Basement turned out fantastic and we are so happy with it!
