I can count on one hand the number of days someone wasn't at our house making progress once project kicked off. Everyone Jim brought in maintained respectful and fun interactions with my entire family. All the subcontractors were also highly capable, worked quickly, and did a nice quality job. The team clearly pursued excellence in the quality of their work, happily doing rework when a task did not meet our expectations. After examining the basement area he said he would like to look at the outside of the home. He took his time, commenting on yard drainage grade, gutters, and roof pitch.
