The entire Strictly Ceilings team did a fantastic job! The new ceiling looks great, and everything was completed in a very timely fashion. Christine in the office also did a wonderful job of scheduling, following up, and making sure all our needs were met.

It went very well. The new ceiling looks great. When I met with Tom I said I wanted it to be bright as the lights that were in the old ceiling were very small and dim. And as promised, it is very bright down there! I would definitely use this business again. Very professional, cleaned everything up and looks so much better than before.

Tim and his crew did a FANTASTIC job on my basement ceiling!! In less than 8 hours they completely removed the horrible existing ceiling material, built pop outs around ductwork and pipes, and re-installed can lights. They repositioned my can lights (which I didn't even think to ask them to do but am SO glad they did!) Their attention to detail was exceptional and the ceiling looks flawless and my basement is much improved!! I'd recommend them again in a heartbeat. Their price was fair and reasonable.

Tim and his crew did a great, timely job. They arrived early and were done within 6 hours. I had several obstacles to work around and Tim found a solution for each one. Final quality and appearance exceeded my expectations. Responsiveness (visit, quote, final appointment) from the first time I reached out was excellent. Crew was professional and friendly. Would highly recommend for any suspended ceiling install.

Amazing, Tim was very professional and never tried to talk me into something for more money. was in and out in one day. When I left we did not have a ceiling in the basement, when I came home from work, low and behold, we had a new beautiful drop ceiling in our 900 sq ft basement.

We recently had our basement finished by different friends in the trades. Drop ceilings was an area that everyone said they could do, but it wasn't high on their list. I've learned in the past that the best work is done by people that are committed to doing a specific trade. I went online and found Strictly Ceilings. I couldn't be happier with the whole process of getting our drop ceiling installed. From the initial call with Christine, to having Tim do the installation was a fantastic and reasonably priced experience. I was impressed with just how easy he made it look and by how great the finished product turned out! I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for someone to do your drop ceiling!

I needed to replace a suspended ceiling that was installed by the former owner. The old ceiling was, right to the point, terrible. Thin tiles, cross pieces that you could basically twist by hand. It just looked terrible. It is about 1 1/2 bedrooms in size.
So I called a few places and asked for a quote. One place came over and quoted $5,000 and 4 days. I actually sent Tim an email and he got back to me right away. I mentioned the size and the lighting I needed and he worked with me to determine what I had in mind for tiles. I typically have trouble visualizing, so he sent me a video of a few tiles...extremely helpful! Once I decided on the tile and sent him the measurements, he quoted me a price within a day ( or less....this whole process was so quick my head is spinning).
I wanted him to come over and help with the best guess for the light placement and he came over within a few days.
He scheduled the appointment and was done in about 1/2 day!!
The whole process from start to finish was about 2 weeks ....most of the delay was my undecisiveness.
Excellent, SOLID work that makes me want to rip up my drywall ceiling and put in suspended in the other rooms!!
So, great price (I saved about 65%), short time (1/2 day vs 4 days), solid, beautiful work and a very professional, down to earth person to deal with.

Overall, it was a very good experience working with these guys. The owner (Tim) was very professional and friendly. I initially called him to see if the project was something he was available to do (he does alot of commercial and residential work). He not only was able to answer my questions over the phone, but also was willing to give me an estimate just by giving him the square footage. He also was nice enough to drop off some ceiling tile samples so we could pick one we liked.
Tim showed up with two of his employees to do the installation, and they were just as friendly as Tim. They finished the project faster than they estimated (3-4 hours less), plus they cleaned everything up afterwards. We were very happy with how the ceiling turned out.
In addition, the cost was very reasonable. Prior to calling Tim, I priced out the materials to see how much it would cost if I did the installation myself. I found out that just the materials alone would've cost me well over $1000. Since I've never installed a ceiling like this before, I feel that it was well worth the extra cost to have a professional do it much faster and correctly.
I would highly recommend Strictly Ceilings.

Best ceiling contractor ever - My home was on sale, but the basement's ceiling wasnt completed and we had some buyers complaining about it. So I got quotes from many contractors, and I was in a hurry to get it done. Tim came on Wednesday and gave me a very competitive quote and said he'd get it done on Monday. During this time, i called the city's building inspector to check if we need a permit to put in a drop in ceiling. At first the inspector said that he would need a permit, and Tim was the only contractor willing to draw up plans. Fortunately, the inspector called back and said that we didn't need a permit since the previous owners had already pulled a permit to finish the basement. So we didn't get delayed further.On Monday, Feb 25th, Tim showed up at my house at 6:45 am with two other crew members and started working on the ceiling. He brought some nice tiles with a design instead of plain tiles, even though my budget for ceiling tiles was low. He and his crew had the whole ceiling installed by 3 pm, and they cleaned up after themselves, including dusting all my furniture in the basement. A job very well done within budget and on time. I wish I could give Tim a seven star rating because I have worked with many contractors over the last few months, and his commitment and sincerity is unmatchable. Thank you, Tim!

Tim Chapel of Strictly Ceilings and his team installed approximately 500 square feet of suspended ceiling in our basement room dedicated to a model railroad for your grandsons. It was challenging work as the infrastructure was already in place for the railroad, requiring Tim and Frank to work around many obstacles. The installation is beautiful and the job added another 500 square feet to Tim's 4 million square feet of suspended ceiling already installed throughout the area. They were prompt meeting our quote request, punctual on the day of installation and very responsible in a thorough cleaning after the job was completed. I would never hesitate in hiring Tim and the Strictly Ceiling group in the future.
