"I signed a contract with J & B in late July, 2007. They did not complete the work until November, 2007, after many, many requests and inquiries from me. The roof did NOT leak all winter, even with all of the snow. When the snow melted this spring, I discovered that one of the chimney caps had come loose and had fallen onto a second floor sun deck. I wrote to them on April 4 and they said they would reinstall the chimney cap. They did not do it. I wrote to them again on May 6. They contacted me May 7th stating that they forgot and they would do it the following morning. They did not show up. I wrote again on June 16. They did not reply, but did come the next day and complete the repair without notifying me before or after doing the work."
