Scott was very responsive and available. After I had water in my basement three times in 18 months, Scott worked with me to pinpoint the source of the problem and develop affordable solutions. I have not had any water in more than two years since.

He installed Glass Block Windows with a vent, which is not what I ordered. I ordered Glass Block Windows without a event event was never even discussed. I explain to him that the window wells fill up with water from the winter thaw, causing a regular window to leak from the pressure of the water, which is why I wanted the glass block windows put in pay him in full. He agreed with that but now I have windows that are going to leak and will have to have them replaced.

"The total project had a cost of $2,600.00. $1,250.00 for a crack repair, and $1,350 for 3 glass block windows. I gave her a discount of $150 because she had another company come out to do windows, and she had them take the windows out that they did. I installed windows with a window vents at the top of the glass block window because that is what a majority of my customers like, so that their basement has an ability to air out in the summer time. The vent closes when outside air is not wanted, and in her case they were sealed. She paid a $1000.00 deposit, and at the end of the project, when payment was due, she complained about the vents and w"

Concrete Foundation Repair
Scott did an incredible job with repairing our basement walls. He was very fair with his pricing (a lot lower than all the other quotes we received) and was extremely knowledgeable ans skilled to fix our basement walls. Great job and I would definitely use and recommend Precision again.

"We did our best to work with Yvonne to come up with a resolution that will make her happy. If you work with enough individuals you have the potential of having a customer who is not happy with the end result. This can happen for several reasons, and we are doing our best to help resolve the situation. In this situation we were contracted to seal cracks in a floor of a crawlspace. The complaints were ones that had nothing to do with the crack repair work. We care, and did our best to get her into a better situation. It is always good to ask companies how they handle poor reviews or work that perhaps did not go as planned."

Scott was awesome. He came in with a great price. My basement look amazing. Scott made sure I was always informed about the work he was doing. He really does great work and he always cleaned up, shut all the lights off and the heaters off before locking up for the day. I would definitely recommend Scott for all your Basemant needs.
