I’m fairly well versed in construction and I do remodeling along with real estate investments that I rehab or rent and do my own repairs and maintenance and Matt was able to find things I overlooked and or did not notice so I appreciate his expertise If you value your dollar and know a home is a major investment then you’ll want Matt checking it over thoroughly for you! His rates are in my opinion UNDER average pricing, he’s got the best rates I’ve seen in a long time, I’ve literally paid double for half the quality that I got from Matt. I’ll definitely be using his services again on my next properties."

"The technician did a great job when he came out to look at the unit. He fixed one and found a leak in the other one. I needed a quote for my home insurance company. Turns our Aire Serve Pro is in collaboration with the home warranty company to get as much of the repair as possible to not be covered by my home warranty. They would not give me a normal quote of time and materials. They would only give me a quote where all the costs are wrapped into a per pound of refrigerant cost. This drastically increases the cost per pound of refrigerant by 10x. You can literally buy 410a refrigerant for $10 per pound (see attached) but they wanted to charge $151 per pound with all the costs rolled in. The insurance company then says....we only pay the market rate of $10/pound for refrigerant and I have to pay the difference. Which means the insurance company only covers 10% of the repair. The woman said because I went thru insurance they had to do it this way and could give me a time/material quot"

"Had an old fixture above kitchen sink go kaput (fluorescent starter disintegrated), so Cardinal came out and offered LED alternatives (two provided, brought on-hand from supply warehouse). Also fixed a switched outlet that had shorted out. Great work done, nice alternatives for the LED light, and switched outlet was wired to be always-on for one socket and switched for the other -- better than it was before at no additional cost. Later I called to ask the exact serial and model number of the LED light because the papers left did not state it. Not only did I get an email a couple hours later with the model/serial, the tech included the detailed documentation for the fixture so if anything goes wrong I can likely fix it myself next time. The tech who did the work also applied a 10% off discount card for me with no extra hassle, saving me close to $100 on the work."
