Well. Technician did diagnostics, informed us of price to repair, and advised of several brands to look at for replacement. Purchases new washer due to age and cost of fixing old one.

I couldn't be more happy with both customer service and appliance repair provided by Champion! They provided an upfront quote based on my description of applicances and issues I was experiencing and scheduled an appointment within a few days. Their repair tech Aaron called 15 minutes before scheduled arrival to confirm and completed repairs in short order. He was polite, had great interpersonal skills and, most important of all, was a super skilled technician. He requested my input regarding appliance issues and then was quickly able to diagnose and repair. I give Aaron and Champion my highest recommendations - and I'm a tough sell. If you have an applicance issue, call Champion ASAP!

Diagnosis was done in less than 10 minutes, compressor worn out, coolant leaking, would require complete rebuild, too expensive to repair. Technician also recommended most reliable brand of compressor to check for on future refrigerator purchase.

The service person called and was able to come earlier than the appointment. He explained to me what was happening with the barrel and fixed it immediately. I thought it would be a long service call, but, was fixed right away. I also had a foot stool that I had not been able to tighten the screws on and he also did that for me. GREAT JOB.

Ancient Kitchen-Aid dishwasher developed nasty leak after I had to move it to clean under it. They were ready to get somebody to me very quickly, but I was forced to delay due to conflicts. The scheduling people Barbara and Naomi were very nice, professional and responsive - going to come lengths to assist me in locating the model information on its long-faded label. One the appointed day, Aaron arrived on schedule and called ahead to let me know when he'd be there. He answered my questions, pointed out some items I didn't think about, repaired the problem quickly and at a reasonable price. All in all - a rock solid experience. I've set them as a contact in my phone and will absolutely be using them again. Thank you for everything.

Not sure what you mean by how did it go - how was the service? He gave a quote to tell us what repair needed to be done. He was prompt and courteous.

Aaron was great, as was Champion--they were here less than 24 hours after my call, and despite my stove being a goner, Aaron efficiently fixed the issue with the fridge, was helpful and courteous as well!

The person that answered the phone was great—she quoted me a price for the cleaning ($189) and then, when she saw from a previous call I had made that I was an Angie’s List member, mentioned that there was a discount. Jeff arrived, explained the device and completed the cleaning in about an hour. He let me know, based on how restricted out air flow was, when the next service should be and let me know they would send a reminder postcard. I would highly recommend Champion for this service.

Jeff is great. This is the 2nd time we've hired him and we'll happily do it again. He's upbeat and conversational and loves what he's doing. He explains what he's doing and why, which builds confidence and trust. He had to work around a newly installed water pipe (for steaming) which made moving the dryer tricky. He didn't complain a bit, just worked the problem until he found a solution. Highly recommended!

The office staff was helpful and friendly in setting up the appointment. The service technician Arron was polite, friendly and punctual - he knew just what to do and completed the repair in a short amount of time. I was very happy with the service, and would use them again.

Tech replaced fuse, (which required a partial disassembly of the dryer). He also checked the dryer vent and found the obstruction (lint!). My thought --- $200 to replace a fuse? That's crazy!
