Kyle was excellent, with a good eye for detail and was very thorough when inspecting our new build. He was detailed oriented, and explained everything he found in a clear way. He was patient and made sure we understood what he was explaining. He went above and beyond our expectations and we would recommend him! We had a home inspection and radon test. His report was easy to read and explained everything that he had told us on the day of the inspection. He was prompt in writing the report and posting the radon test results. I enjoyed talking to Kyle because he was kind and explained everything effectively. He had a large breadth of knowledge and encouraged us to ask questions during the process. Kyle was also very professional.

I called Kyle and we set up our appointment immediately. He was already at the house before I got there and was very informative about everything. He explained everything to us as well, since we don't know a lot about home ownership, but we never felt and quot;talked down to.and quot; He gave us suggestions for projects that should be done or fixed as soon as we moved in and suggestions for long-term projects. He was very nice, professional and helpful. We even received a holiday card from him this Christmas and we have signed up for his home maintenance newsletter.
