Came out to make sure they could get the broken window out before they quoted. Willing to work with me on timing for quote and installation. He was thorough, kind, respectful and he cleaned up after himself well. On day one he had his trailer parked in our driveway, so my car sat on the street. We had less than satisfactory weather with sleet falling a large portion of the day. Ben scraped my car windows before he left for the day!
