I got an email that my windows were ordered over a week after I ordered them, and an email 5 or 5 weeks later saying they came in. It took them another month to install them. Nearly all the quotes I got were the same but Empire used ?sign now? tactics to get my sale. If I could go back I would not have signed for the small discount and I would have gone with another company offering the same price with no pressure. My windows are fine and the subcontractors that they sent to install them were friendly."

"HomeSealed did a pretty good job, but left issues... the project was scheduled to install the sliding door over two days. They completed it in just under one day but left a hole in the floor from hvac and damaged drywall. After I complained, the salesman came to help me fix the floor. (Nice of him but lazy of the company to leave the issue). I also inquired about the drywall. They sent someone to do one coat. The worker even apologized saying **he was only supposed to do one coat** and he felt bad it would not be paint ready. So my wall does;t have any drywall holes but I am left finishing the job before I paint. I am very disappointed with what was the most expensive of 3 quotes I received for this job."
