He was right: a new capacitor made it work well, until the old blower just refused to obey. Two days later we called and said that Brian was right: the blower needed replacement. Doing just the capacitor was our call to try to save money. Now our 20+ year old furnace runs like new. And I'll be calling them to replace our HVAC ('cuz it's 20+ years old) when it decides to give up the ghost."

We have been wanting to upgrade our house to Ecobee since we purchased it two years ago.
