Jimmy K came out to assess the damage on very short notice, diagnosed the problem immediately, provided answers to all our questions, was very accessible throughout the process, ultimately replacing our garage door and opener in less than a week. In addition, he followed up after about a week to see what I was going to do. Once he started doing the work, I was surprised at how quick he finished (less than an hour).
