Dave and Waukesha Plumbing are one of the absolute best trades companies in Wisconsin. Period. We had a pipe burst and water was building up in our ceiling and walls. We called WP and we had an emergency visit in 20 minutes. He diagnosed the problem quickly and extremely precisely, and had the pipe fixed in less than an hour. Despite the chaos, he took time to lay down sheets, maintain a very clean workspace despite drywall being cut out, which just added to the overall fact that Dave is a pros pro. Highly, highly recommend Waukesha Plumbing.

I had an emergency and they were able to get me in on the SAME DAY!!!! Dave responded quickly and was in constant contact through the repair!! Done quickly, correctly and at a reasonable price!!! I can't recommend this plumber enough!!!! A+++++++++++++++++

Dave responded to my call same day, Showed up on time, and went right to work. 90 minutes later....he was done! The bill was UNDER quote. Very professional. If I have any plumbing needs in the future, Dave will be the first person I call. Best money I spent in a long time.

Dave did an excellent job, very confident and can back it up. Ran into some other issues while doing it and cleared them up for us. I have hired lots of plumbers in the past, and have not re-hired any of them. I am going to stick with his company, I was very impressed. .

Fine - showed up on time. Clean, laid carpets, examined current system and gave me options. We tried everything we could to run a line but due to construction it couldn’t work. Still give him credit for trying. Fixed the leak and cleaned up.

Very well. I've seen this written before but never thought I'd write it, but here goes; if I could give more than 5 stars I'd give him more. I don't want this to be long (it could be) but the shorter version; outstanding communication, upfront, cares about his work and if values and character mean anything to you (things not seen often enough) call Waukesha Plumbing.

Called this morning and Dave said he could do it the next day, then said he may be able to get to it today - which he did. Called to say what time he would arrive and was there on time. Evaluated the repair then when right to work to replace the part. Clean, prompt, professional. What more can you expect!

I've used Waukesha Plumbing in two different instances. First to replace the sanitary lines in my basement, then to do some rough-in work for a new bathroom. In both cases, Dave was impeccable; arriving as planned, and completing work with tremendous efficiency. I chose to engage him because he was willing to give me straight advise ( I liked doing some of the work myself) and positioned my projects for success.

Dave is a very professional individual and goes above and beyond expectations. Like most older houses, Dave had to improvise when he installed our shower walls due to the uneven frame work of the initial building of the house. He was able to successfully troubleshoot that issue. He also took extra steps and time to add concrete as a base to our new tub. Something that not all plumbers will do, but is very important to the structure. If that is not done, there is potential for creaking or worse; cracking. All in all, great service at a reasonable price

Called just before 3 o'clock and they were able to stop by my house on the way back from another job. Diagnosed problem, replaced valve and provided some info on future heater replacement. Work completed within an hour of the initial call. Nice!

I tried to replace a shutoff valve myself and of course that didn't goes as planned! I called Dave first thing Friday morning in the fear of being without water throughout the weekend. Dave said that he fit me into his schedule for the day and even accommodated working around my countertops guys. When Dave arrived he was all business, very impressed with how much he got done in the short time he was here. Definitely would use him again or refer to others..

I've hired Dave for 3 jobs now and am pleased with his work. We had our water heater go out unexpectedly at the worst time possible and Dave was able to squeak me in same day and took care of it. Great customer service.

I contacted Waukesha Plumbing after a previously engaged plumber failed to call back even after he gave me a quote for this job. I cut and dug new channels for a new sanitary sewer (abandoning the old cast iron). Waukesha's job was to connect to the new sewer and add the stub-outs for a new basement bathroom.
Perhaps what I am most appreciative of is the punctuality of Dave and his team. He said he would be here at 7am and he was here on the dot. He expected the job to be completed in one day and it was - including final inspection by the City of Pewaukee.

David return our call on Easter Sunday. He arranged for a Monday afternoon install. He came at the arranged time and was efficient in the installation. The basement was left clean. He was recommended by a remodeling contractor I am working with to perform bathroom redo. He came highly recommended and after our experience with this water heater replacement, I would recommend and use him again.

I called on October 9th to request a replacement for the leaky water heater, and Dave was able to do the work the next day. He called to let me know when he would be arriving, and showed up on time. The work was done quickly, without mess. He was willing to fix the other items mentioned that day, rather than have me call for another appointment. I will not hesitate to call Dave again for other plumbing projects.

"It is very hard to defend yourself when the customer doesn't give exact details of what the problem was!. This job was done over a year ago and at no time did the customer contact me about a problem or issue. I was subcontracted by a remodeler(not the homeowner) and at no time did the homeowner discuss a problem with the remodeler either. I still work for the remodeler on a steady basis I had very limited contact with the homeowner during the project. I was in the room with them for 10-15 minutes during the whole remodel. I took my orders from the remodeler who was in charge of the project. I wish the member would have contacted me a year ago to discuss any issues instead of being angry over whatever it was for 12 months before reporting it to Angies List. It was a Master Bath gut/redo and the project turned out beautifully. I believe whatever the issue is/was is probably a misunderstanding of some sort."
