"Had an old fixture above kitchen sink go kaput (fluorescent starter disintegrated), so Cardinal came out and offered LED alternatives (two provided, brought on-hand from supply warehouse). Also fixed a switched outlet that had shorted out. Great work done, nice alternatives for the LED light, and switched outlet was wired to be always-on for one socket and switched for the other -- better than it was before at no additional cost. Later I called to ask the exact serial and model number of the LED light because the papers left did not state it. Not only did I get an email a couple hours later with the model/serial, the tech included the detailed documentation for the fixture so if anything goes wrong I can likely fix it myself next time. The tech who did the work also applied a 10% off discount card for me with no extra hassle, saving me close to $100 on the work."

"We used Kegonsa Remodeling for a major kitchen renovation in a nearly 100-year-old house. Before the remodel everything in the kitchen looked cheap and worn down (think 1970s brown, everywhere!), and the overall arrangement of the space was really inefficient. They came in and proposed a design that was the best balance of affordability and ideal features out of half a dozen contractors we interviewed. Once we began working with them, they provided consistent updates and met with us on a regular basis, enough so that even with unavoidable pandemic slowdowns, it still felt like the project was always moving forward. Once the remodel began, they had nearly daily updates for us on what was coming next, and the project actually finished ahead of schedule! Now we have a kitchen that has at least 3x the workspace, a significantly improved flow, and easily twice as much storage as our previous one did. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day.
