Mike came to our home in order to prepare a formal bid, and he spent about 45 minutes assessing every aspect of the roof, house, garage, basement, electrical panel, internet, asking loads of questions to ensure he knew what we wanted. Drews started the installation right on schedule, and it went as smoothly as any home project we’ve ever had done. Mike and Maria were in regular communication with us all the way through, answering questions and offering explanations, and they went out of their way to make sure we felt heard and got the answers we needed. "I requested a quote to move a light switch 12”. An electrician came out and quoted me $75 plus materials, I said fine and we set up a date/time. I received a bill for over $300! I called and asked why I was billed for 2 guys and 7 hours of work for 1 light switch??!! And they took away my dimmer option. They said they would remove 2 hours from my bill. I’m still stuck paying $290 for one light switch being moved 12”!! This company is crooked! Do not use them!"
