I had a racoon in the attic that came through a roof vent. They put in two new roof vents, but hadn't removed the racoon first. I had to call them to come back and remove the racoon. Pretty costly.

Good, though some follow-up work could have been more responsive.

Badly! Jan 28th, 2018, found bat drippings in attic. I called a pest control service and they referred me to A-All animal Control. I left a message on the phone. I never had a live person pick up the phone. They evaluated the situation and gave me an estimated cost, saying they would have to patch up every little space in my whole house. $99 for estimate which would be put toward final estimate of $1250. Feb 1st they came out and squirted bottles of silicon all over. They put 2 “bat excluders” on my house; 1 on roof, 1 on soffit. They said I had a year guarantee and they would be back in the spring to remove the excluders. They didn’t deduct the $99 for the initial estimate. i called and emailed them. They sent me an email that it would be credited on charge card. It was. I called and emailed several time this summer to have the unsightly bat excluders removed. They never picked up the phone or called me back or returned my emails. I can’t go to their offices as they don’t provide and address. As of Aug 13, 2018 They have not removed the excluders. This company doesn’t honor what they say they will do. $1250 is a lot of money and they didn’t finish the job. I wish I had searched out others companies for estimates.

I tried to contact a different company before using this service and never heard back from them so I went with a A All Animal Control. They were excellent to work with. Took care of my squirrel problem and the techs were super friendly and easy to work with. Thank you A All Animal Control. I would definitely use them again and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

On two occasions, A All Animal Control acted in bad faith after reaching an agreement with me on how to fix the damage they did to my roof. The company has proven to be unprofessional, unreliable and I would never recommend them to anyone. I hired A All Animal Control to get rid of bats in my home. The project consisted of them installing bat excluders, sealing gaps, then returning in 7 days to remove the excluders. The day after the excluders were installed, I noticed blobs of glossy material on the roof shingles. I emailed photos to the company. They apologized, said the technician spilled silicone on the shingles and they’d send him out to clean it off. I told them to wait until I checked with my roofer on how to remove it, as my roof was brand new and I didn’t want to void the warranty on my shingles. A few days later, I emailed them to say my roofer recommended replacing the affected shingles. They emailed back saying they’d like to get a few more opinions. Nearly two weeks passed without follow up. I emailed them twice more. They replied saying “We will come out and replace the shingles if needed. We may be able to peel it off. If not able to peel off without any damage we will replace the shingle for you at no charge.” I reiterated that my roofer said not to peel the silicone off the shingles and I set up an appointment to just have them remove the bat excluders. At the 2nd appointment, the technician informed me he had poured solvent over the shingles and pulled off the silicone that was adhered to them. He also told me he was supposed to re-shingle the damaged area. I told him to stop and called their office. The woman I spoke with said the technician was only supposed to remove the excluders and seal the gaps. A few days after that mistake, I received a 2nd apology email from their office stating: “As soon as you receive the bill for the roofing company it will be taken care of promptly. … If you could please have the bill sent to our home address, that way I will get it right away and get it paid for you.” 24 hours later, I received a voice mail message from the same woman stating that their offer was being withdrawn. Instead, she said my damaged shingles would be replaced, but by an unspecified “roofer” of their choice.

I called on a Saturday, and they scheduled a time to come out that same day without charging extra for the weekend. Mitch came out to do the work and was very professional. He put on shoe covers when he came in the house. He removed 6 baby birds and put a new cover on the vent opening to keep the birds out. The next day, we heard more noises and saw an adult bird caught inside the new cover (had obviously hidden in the attic). While that was frustrating, I can understand why he didn't see all of them the previous day, given where they were located and all the attic insulation. I called and they ANSWERED (on a Sunday!) and they had a different rep here within 90 min. He also was very professional. He went into the attic to make sure all were removed. 2 birds flew out and 3 more babies were removed. He was sensitive to the fact that they were living animals and gently collected them and let them go outside. I would highly recommend this company and its people.

When a squirrel got in and ran around the living room, I phone A All Animal Control in a bit of a panic. They said they'd have someone at my house in an hour. I waited outside, and he arrived in less than an hour. He found the squirrel hiding under a chair, caught it with a large net, and caged it. He then found the roof vent through with the squirrel had entered. He put mesh over the vent. I suggested he let the squirrel out in the yard, but he said the procedure was to let it loose out of town. We're happy and I hope the squirrel is too. technician was polite and efficient.

They started with a simpler plan of installing flashers. When that wasn't working they installed traps which were very effective, though required obtaining a state permit. There work was warranteed which cut down on our long term expenses.

I had 2 other specialists in to check for bats both said there were no bats in the basement or the attic. I did not have the follow up work done to seal and clean up the attic.

I'm not sure this was just a mis-identification accident because I went into the attic and didn't see anything that I could identify as bat guano. When I contacted them to get details of where they found the bat droppings in the attic, they told me their agent showed me insulation where there were bat droppings. They also told me I should talk to my home owners insurance company because the insurance would help cover the clean up costs. The insulation was from the basement not the attic and other specialists explained these were definitely not bat droppings.

If you do choose them make sure to get second opinions to confirm their findings before having the work done.

They were not responsive to getting in touch with us. We had a few issues with communication. They cancelled an appointment on the last minute. Once we did get communication lines going, they came out and they were pretty responsive. It just took a little while for us to connect with them. We called with a follow-up question but it took a while for them to get in touch with us. Overall, they got the job done. It was fairly timely but they could have worked a little bit on responding a little faster.
