It worked out really well. They were prompt and their customer service was great. They showed up when they needed to and they were really nice while they were here. I called them for spiders and they came back, and they didn't charge me anything. They just came back and tried again. I was pretty happy with them. I think they came early. They were great. I like them.

Service was quick and done well. Even better, the bees are not back this year!

This was my second experience with Professional Pest Control. Last summer, when my house was being resided, we discovered a 10-year infestation of carpenter ants that had destroyed a whole corner of my house. The exterminator came out immediately that day and got rid of them so that the area could be rebuilt. When I started seeing a few ants in my kitchen again, I freaked out and called them again. They were SO helpful! Answered all my weird questions about the ants, was patient with my freaking out, and even took extra precautions to ensure that the extermination of the ants didn't affect my bee hives. The same person came to spray this time and he remembered the infestation from the last year. He was prompt, courteous, clean, and VERY professional. All around fantastic service and I'll use them again.

They merely come to inspect the house to ensure that holes of house are covered.  I do not think much more is done.

I called Professional Pest Control as we had been seeing mice in the garage.  They were quick to reply to get details and set up an appointment.  Justin (our technician) was prompt and professional.  He was very knowledgeable and friendly.  I am very happy with the service I've received.  Plus, we haven't seen a mouse since!

They did a great job!

They were punctual and very friendly and the cost of the services were fair and appropriate for the services they performed. Our home is on the west side of Madison and is situated next to a prairie and drainage pond. The hornet problem was completely resolved by that evening. It was a big relief since the hornets were burrowing and making large nests into the structure of the home. They also did a survey around the house and yard to try and find any additional potential nests.
I would recommend and use them again.

They came, went through the house with us to see where the worst areas were, and explained what they do.  We left for about an hour and when we came back the treatments were completed. 

We were very pleased with the ease of getting their services, the person who came was very friendly, prompt and went about his work.  We will definitely use their services again, should we need it.
