My technician Chris Cox was great! He informed us where there were possible entry holes and gave us suggestions as to how to get a control of our issue. I hope he comes next time. Jonathan was also very good when he came the last time. Happy with this company and have had a regular contract for several years.

I will never use this service. Contacted about wasps and something that was leaving like sawdust inside my home. Gave me a price, would not come out until I signed contract. Come out showed Alex all problems. Called someone about sawdust (Alex said it was dead insects). Treated. Came back 1 day later. They were not in until Monday. Told Sara I have the problem, sawdust. Said she did not have anyone until Wednesday. Called Wednesday at 8:10 a.m. Told me someone would be at my house between 8-8:30 a.m. Technician arrived. Showed Technician problem. Called office and I was informed that was not in my contract !!!!!!!! Owner got on phone and wanted me to pay an additional amount of $75.00. I told her no. She said she had no time had to attend a meeting. Technician left. Horrible service and absolutely no customer service. I was ripped off !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Batzner are consummate professionals that provide our family with multiple services. They are wonderful about follow-ups and provide reasonable fee structures for year round and seasonal services. Would recommend.

Too soon to know real results.

Reliable, responsive, professional company with a team that made a bad pest situation bearable. Arron was professional and knowledgeable, he eliminated the pest issue in the first visit and validated that the pests did not return on follow-up visits. We continue to use Batzner and participate in their seasonal pest control program. They are proactive about scheduling seasonal appointments around our schedule which is awesome. Would recommend Betzner to friends and family without hesitation.

Not worth the money. Doesn't cover all bugs unless you pay extra. Come out every quarter but don't do anything unless you have seen a problem.

The exterminator arrived on time, and got rid of the wasps. When he finished he advised me on results and the warranty. It was a professional and efficient job.

Few hours after they treated the walls, we didn't see wasps there any more!

On time arrival & told me what he was going to do & said Good Bye & left. Never saw another wasp since his visit!

Very professional, very reasonable rates and 4 visits a year with call backs any time in between free were definitely an incentive. Their method of blocking access points was far superior to other agencies.

We had a terrible yellow jacket invasion where they were coming in to the house and the nest was not easily accessible. The technicians were knowledgeable and the customer service people were very understanding.
