Water Heater ExpressMy water heater broke and it took one call in the morning to get me back up and running with a new one by 3pm. I was lucky to have the heater still under the manufacturing warranty but the charge for labor was also very reasonably not to mention the 5 start service, they even covered my floors with a tarp to avoid damaging my floor with marks! Great and I had already purchased the part, just needed him to remove the tank to replace it, but he also replaced another part for me free of charge so all the parts are new! He also told me that for just about $10 more , if there's ever a next time or one of my other 2 toilets need repair, he can put in a whole new tank, parts and all! Great guy, did a great job, didn't take much time, didn't charge me the $20 for service fee! I will definitely keep his card and call him if I need a plumber again!

We had a problem on a Sunday with a clogged drain. They were very helpful, quick and did great work. We were very pleased. However, we were misled on the cost. We were told that it was double time. Nothing was mentioned that we would have to pay for travel time. When we received the invoice we were shocked to see we were charged for 2 1/2 hours when he was only here for 1 1/2 hours tops. We called and they said travel time was added. LOL! Their shop is 4 minutes away from our home. We have always had good service from them. This was very disappointing this should be discussed upfront. You would think as a return customer they wouldn't cheat you.

Horribly. My mitigation contractor set up an appointment with dr plumber to come out to scope out the pipe on 12.2.20 between 10-11am. He agreed to. My contractor called and left 3 voicemail messages beforehand to make sure this guy was still coming out. He got no answer. I called dr plumber and he told me he would let me know when he would be here, but he never did. He never had any intention of showing up! I had used dr plumber in the past and never had a problem. That's why I didn't hesitate to recommend him. What a mistake and an embarrassment! I removed his name from my contact list. My contractor no longer wants to use him as a future contact for other customers who might need plumbing work done. And I had a real plumber come over this week and do a great job!
