Will not honor home owners warranty, will not honor their own warranty that they publicly address with their pricing. Went to them to cover a gel coat failure on my tub. At 1st Paul acknowledged that the gel coat had failed based on the information and pictures and said I need to go through my builder to get this taken care of. But my MBA and builders warranty documents say to go to the plumber for plumbing issues and call them directly. . When I mentioned that they immediatetly backed down and said it isn't a warrantable item and they didn't say the gel coat failed and said that I will have to pay to have it repaired. Was extremely rude and said this is how its going to go down. Great sales pokerface but aweful customer care from Paul who I talked with directly.

I came home from my vacation and I had no hot water. I called Paul at PJ's plumbing. They responded right away and replaced my water heater. Tyler and Dave were very professional and got the job done at a fair price.

Called PJ's Plumbing on a Sunday regarding damaged/leaking toilet. Paul said someone would come out on Monday morning. Dan came out Monday morning when Paul said he would. Flat fee rate, responsive, and very professional. I would certainly call them again. Thanks PJ's Plumbing!

Called on Monday and talked to Paul. An appointment was made at 7 AM on Wednesday. I called at 7 AM on Wednesday to confirm the appointment. Paul just told me it was on his schedule. The guy however did not show up until after 7:30. I called Paul back to let him know that it was unacceptable to be half hour late and he didn’t even give me a heads up. My husband was going to miss an important meeting because of this delay. Paul started all kinds of arguments with me essentially was trying to tell me I was over-reacting. At the end of the call, Paul tried to threaten me by saying “Ma’am, if you like, I can call my guy and pull him out right now. No one will be there to fix your problem. You will have to find another plumber. You will be back to square one’”

I called several companies because we were seriously considering going back to a conventional tank water heater after having so many problems with our 8-year old tankless. When I called PJ's and spoke to Doreen, she was the only person I spoke to who suggested that our current unit was still under warranty and I should call Rheem and have them service it at no cost. I did just that and, of course, that problem was not covered under warranty. Paul came over within 1 hour of my calling back. He said I would not be disappointed with the performance or longevity of an AO Smith tankless water heater. We had the set-up for a tankless, and it would be an added cost to convert back to a conventional. Plus for resale value, quantity of on-demand water for large bathtub, and low energy cost, he talked me into staying with a tankless unit. So far we are very happy with the performance, temperature and cost of running this tankless. Low maintenance (only need flushing every 2 years) while our 8-year old Rheem needed burner cleaned or replaced every year (what a pain that thing was!!) For the install the next day, Paul and his crew showed up early, got the job done quickly and efficiently and Paul provided the Federal rebate form for the $300 rebate. Paul and his crew were the highest caliber of workmen I have seen. Not the usual luck we have had with plumbers. From now on, we will be using PJ's for all of our plumbing needs.

Their price on a water heater replacement was similar to some other contractors and they could do the repair a day sooner so we went with them.  However, the model of water heater they sold us is pretty energy inefficient.  The model number sounded similar and I didn't do enough homework - we will end up spending at least a few hundred more in gas bills over the life of the unit compared to the model the other plumbers were going to use for the same price.   I wish they would have offered me a more energy efficient unit even if the cost was higher.

It was fine, they were very good. If you are going to get an on demand water heater you just cant have just any plumber put it in. It just has to be someone that's qualified. Unless they are doing it themselves, and not everybody is. It is a little bit different, but it is so nice. You don't have to worry about syphoning off the crud on the bottom, having it take up space, that thing hangs on the wall.
