Water Heater Express

John gave me a job quote for the water heater over the phone & that was so helpful. He had appointments available for the next day or whenever I wanted him to come. He put it in 8/26/22. I was happy with the finished job. I would definitely use John & Water Heater Express again.

My water heater broke and it took one call in the morning to get me back up and running with a new one by 3pm. I was lucky to have the heater still under the manufacturing warranty but the charge for labor was also very reasonably not to mention the 5 start service, they even covered my floors with a tarp to avoid damaging my floor with marks! Now more than ever we need to support our local business specially those that provide a good product with an excellent service. On July 3, found water heater in basement with puddle of water. Called John and he came out to the house, replaced the water heater and removed my old water heater. Even though it was a holiday weekend, John was very responsive and provided significant customer service that was greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend John and Water Heater Express!!

Doug the plumber was on time. He wasn't too chatty and he answered questions I had.

They came at the time we scheduled and took care of business. After assessing the situation, they informed me the old heater was beyond repair and gave me options to replace. They quoted a cost for parts and labor and the final bill was close to the quote. I hated having to spend money on repairs, but at least there were no additional surprises as this company stayed true to their word. Overall I was happy with the work done, and glad I hired them.

Replaced heater affordablly and quickly

I made the appointment and they were there the same day as planned, right on time. It took 2 hours and they hauled away the old one. The technician was personable and answered all of my questions. I wish all issues would go as smooth. Highly recommend them.

Technician was on time and at early end of reasonable install window. He was courteous and took me time to explain the process and see if I had questions. He was very careful of protecting my property – plastic and ? He installed me heater in about 2 hours, replacing ? Gal with a so. Very polite.

Doug was absolutely wonderful. He was punctual and professional. His work was done efficiently with no leftover mess. He was even patient with my puppy. I will use this company again.

I called John the night before as soon as my tenants informed me the water heater was leaking.  He was very nice and said he could come out the following day and take a look.  He arrived on time and gave me verbal estimate for the job and said he could replace it that same day.  He left and got the parts and came back a couple hours later and did the job.  I was at work, so he texted me when he was almost finished so I could drive out and pay him.  He showed me how to work the new water heater and the new shutoff valve that was replaced.
The only part I really don't know is if it was a compreble price.  I didn't have time to shop around as it was an emergency that needed replacement right away for the family that lived there, and I knew the reviews on Angies list were good for this business, and I needed to find soeone trustworthy right away.  The estimate was verbal, so I didn't know the breakdown.  And when I asked for an invoice after the job was done so I had a receipt, it was emailed a few weeks later to me with one line item that said "Replacement" for $925.  So I don't know how much was labor and what was parts, which is why I gave a B on price.   
Overall, they did a great job and were professional and responsive.

Express Plumbing arrived on time! Once the new toilet was installed they hauled away the old one and cleaned up after the job was done!  I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs a great plumber! Fast and courteous too!
