Upon meeting Heidi for a consultation I knew she would get the job done to my satisfaction. I had just lost my husband a couple of months prior to our meeting. She was empathetic and considerate of my budget. Not only did she and her team help me with painting, power washing and other small jobs that I needed done for the sale of my home, but also helped me with things like hanging large mirrors, electric fireplace's, pictures and other things that my husband would have normally done for us in my new home. She assured me that no job was too small. And she was right! Patrick is a delight to work with. Very pleasant and a hard worker. FYI if you put on some classic rock he might even sing a tune for you! "Patrick, Manuel, and their whole team were fantastic to work. My house is 100 years old, two stories of cedar shakes, and hadn’t been painted in 15+ years. Needless to say, this was not an easy project and required lots of expertise and hand scraping, sanding and priming to even get paint to stick on the old wood. Patrick was so knowledgeable and created a great project plan and Manuel and the team worked diligently over several days of very hot weather to get everything done. The thing that impressed me the most was their communication skills, which were the best I’ve ever experienced on a house project—Patrick provided a proposal in only 2 days (amazing!), answered emails and texts within 30 minutes of receiving them, and the team provided updates everyday. Everyone on-site was so nice and helpful too! And, most importantly, they made my old house look GREAT!"

"Started out fine should of noticed some signs of his Deceptive Business Practices. â  ï¸ Watch out dishonest holds back Crucial information! Uses Deceptive business practices â  ï¸ he laughed at me after he had me demolition my house and revealed only after he thought the demolition was completed he then revealed the actual cost and said he knew about it withheld it from me. He also withheld the full blueprint plans lied about costs and lied to the attorney general about the project. He even emphasized that he should not be laughing at me because I did not react and sat there in shock that he was a bad person this whole time. And told me I would have to pay the extra cost now for him withheld crucial information. Save yourself the pain of using a horrible contractor and look somewhere else. Aka he stole $14+k and damages +$100,000."
