Patrick was so knowledgeable and created a great project plan and Manuel and the team worked diligently over several days of very hot weather to get everything done. The thing that impressed me the most was their communication skills, which were the best I’ve ever experienced on a house project—Patrick provided a proposal in only 2 days (amazing!), answered emails and texts within 30 minutes of receiving them, and the team provided updates everyday. Moreover, those companies carried large project minimums, which would have forced us to throw away thousands to have our serious issue addressed. Enter Rain City. Guillermo, our project coordinator, offered to come out and see our project in person the day after our call, and was able to get a crew out to make the repairs that same week.
