Moreover, those companies carried large project minimums, which would have forced us to throw away thousands to have our serious issue addressed. Enter Rain City. They sanded down any rough spots in our existing siding, replaced the siding on our chimney to make it new again, added trim/siding to cover up exposed concrete foundation, added a natural wood accent to our balcony, and did it all for an incredible price.
