Specializing on bringing homes into the 21st century with almost a decade of experience in the industry. We offer services for a whole spectrum of power and lighting needs. Whether that be smart homes, ADU’s, workshops, panel upgrades, can lights, electric hot water heaters, ovens or if you’re trying to get rid of that pre - 60’s knob and tube wiring and everything in between we’ve got you covered. Our motto is to always leave a customers property better than we found it, while working with you to help your vision come to fruition.

"Originally Tanner was 5 STARS until he took $4,500 and didn't finish the job. I had to pay another electrician $3,000 to fix Tanners work and finish putting electricity. Tanner bid and quoted my electrical job for $6k. As with reputable professionals, he asked for 50% when he started the job, which was $3k. He asked for more money along the way which I wasn't comfortable with but gave it to him. After paying 4,500, I had no heat, no hot water, no lights, basically nothing but one outlet that he charged me an extra $300. He failed to put outlets in places that are normal for a house, he didn't provide a switch to turn on/off the hallway lights, and more. He texted me on the day he was to finish the job and has ghosted me since. DO NOT HIRE Tanner as he's not skilled and not trustworthy. Sad thing is that a close friend recommended him and Tanner took advantage of me, a single retired lady just trying to remodel a house. See you in small claims court. I will also file with the appropriate licensing agency so that others don't lose their money."

I'm back advertising on Angi! I never went anywhere but I had more business than I could handle. Now that my kids are in school full time I have way more time to work. Let me know what I can help you with. Decks and fences are my favorite but any project you are looking to do I will complete with no surprises. Hourly rates or per job pricing up front before we start so haymakers from left field. I stand behind my work and if there are any issues I will fix them. I stay in contact with my customers and show up when I say I will. I really like building and fixing things so call, text or email and we can set something up. I look forward to making your ideas a reality.

"Great communication from start to finish. He did his research before installation and had all the necessary tools. The end product looks fabulous. I am very pleased. "

"Taylor did an excellent job telling us step by step what he was doing and why. He also had the correct part on hand for our GFI outlet and his price was cheaper than Home Depot for that item! He even cleaned up a bit of debris that was on the floor and counter from moving outlet boxes and wiring around! I will definitely hire this company again when I'm in need of anything that has to do with electrical."

Lighting questions, answered by experts

Options include pathway lights, spotlights, and smart lighting systems. Choose based on function and aesthetics.

A motion detector light may need to be reset due to a number of technical issues. These can include faulty or misadjusted sensors and burned-out bulbs. You may also need to reset a motion sensor after an electrical surge or a power outage, as these can change a light’s settings and cause it to function differently.

Local building codes typically require conduit around exterior wiring. Conduit protects the wire from moisture, extreme temperatures, sun exposure, and harsh weather conditions to prolong its lifespan. When a wire is worn out, it can be dangerous as the risk of electric shock or fire increases.

You can take a few steps to prolong the life of your holiday lights. Make sure to replace burnt-out bulbs as quickly as possible to avoid overloading the rest of the circuit and knocking out more lights. Before packing them up each year, plug each strand into the wall to confirm everything is still working. Wrap the lights carefully back into their original packaging or something similar—winding a strand tightly together or leaving it to hang loose in a storage bin can lead to frayed or damaged wiring.

If you’ve gone through the troubleshooting checklist for your motion detector flood light and it’s still not working, it’s time to consider a new one. Older models that need frequent fixes can be unreliable. Newer flood lights feature advanced technology that improves your lights’ sensitivity and overall performance. If you’re fed up with unexpected darkness, investing in a new light can give you the lighting you need to feel secure.
