They cancelled appointments twice. Since I work, I did not have a lot of latitude for rescheduling. Also, after the city inspector came to check on their work, it did not pass inspection. They did not use the correct wires and breaker. So needed to be redone. They were pleasant to work with. But the delays and redo's made this project really drag on.

Service provider (Hank) was extremely professional, competent and helpful. Would certainly use this company again.

They were responsive to schedule an appointment. The electrician was professional and diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly. Great service overall.

They were quick to respond and troubleshoot the issue. But after it was determined that the electrical meter box had to be replaced, they were unable to respond in a reasonable time. We were told that we would have to wait the weekend without power when temperatures were set to be below freezing. We had to call another electrician who fixed the problem in under two hours and was a third of the price. I would not recommend using this company again.

In-House was great when the circuit for our refrigerator failed and we were needed to get it fixed. When other electricians gave us a 2-day wait time (at minimum), In-House made it a priority and was able to schedule a technician on the same-day. The problem was diagnosed (a faulty ground wire at the electrical panel) and repaired quickly. She also checked all of our kitchen outlets to make sure everything else was functioning correctly. I felt the price was reasonable and it was a bit less than other electrician firms were asking for emergency service.

Technician reset circuit breaker and showed us how to correctly reset breaker. Very professional and took time to explain and show us what he was doing. They definitely will be my go to for any electrical problems.

They were down to earth nice guys that we enjoyed working with and would definitely hire them again. They were also much cheaper than our other quote.

The rewiring and new electrical panel work was done in 2010. But since then we have had chronic problems with our electricity that did not occur before In House Electric did the work. Just about every fall when the weather starting cooling down, several circuits start tripping. In House Electric has been good about coming out each year and trying to address the issue, but often the issue lingers so long that it's winter and the issue is no longer present. It is amazing that they are not able to install a working electrical system and amazing that they are not able to troubleshoot their own product. There is little continuity, as they send out the newbies and it's someone different every time. They also don't seem to show a lot of concern that they have a defective product and an unhappy customer. They are professional about it, but that only gets so far when the product isn't working.

When I was calling around for help, this company was the first to call back. They were able to fit the work into my schedule. I was given a choice of time frames for arrival. John called when he was nearby and made it to my house within the two hour window I was given. He greeted me and told me he was sorry that I was having an electrical problem. He was quick to problem solve and figure out what the issue was. He was a professional, friendly, and cheerful guy.
