"Vanderlip Construction brought our ideas and vision to a reality on a master and guest bathroom remodel in our 1961 rambler. Eric is both an organized contractor and an experienced craftsman. He is a thoughtful and very responsive communicator who we could always count on to perform the tasks he scheduled throughout our project. He brought in very skilled team of subcontractors who he made sure didn’t disrupt our home life and office work activities. Eric was generous with sharing his expertise and insights that helped us make decisions on key details. We had about an 80 percent design and selected all the tile, fixtures, and custom cabinets but Eric’s attention to detail brought it all together, especially on our counters and master bath shower. Always patient and friendly, he wanted to make sure we were satisfied with the progression and the outcomes. He’s also committed to backing up his work. I suffered a serious leg injury after the remodel and Eric kindly went the extra step to come to our house and install a new light fixture in our bedroom. Nate worked with me to design, build and finish my 12x16 shed from start to finish. The process was efficient, and the shed is beautiful. Honestly, what I call a shed, would probably classify as a garage, had we installed a garage door, but that was not what I needed at the time. While working with Nate, I quickly recognized he could be trusted to find a solution to any problem. Next he helped me plan and built a matching railing for my home’s staircase, after I had previously removed an old rotting one. Again, this process was quick easy and friendly. Sadly I moved away from the area, but if I ever return, I will always reach out to Nate first for my building and remodeling needs."
