"Otto installed over 1500 square feet of Wisconsin Red Oak in our home. It was such a professional and incredible job. "When we got the quote from Sterling Smith, I’m sure it was quite reasonable it was just more than we were looking to spend. Their response was very quick and they were willing to come out right away. I don’t think that he completely understood what we were looking for in getting the initial impression of the cost. We had a very small area on the floor, maybe like 3 or 4 inches and he wanted to review our entire floors. It wasn’t what we were looking for."
