Contractor had excellent communication and performed work as promised on time. Very clean operation. Finish turned out 'perfect'. Yes would hire again and highly recommend. Work performed was a complete refinish of 500 sqft of 28 year old solid oak flooring with a Swedish finish.

Dust everywhere, no plastic, sanding marks, spots that don't have any coating and within a week, scratches everywhere! Damaged an existing floorboard, luckily we had an extra board. Emploee set a plant in our yard on fire with his cigarette. After crying for a year as I paid them $13,000! They gave me a line of crap and then said they'd swing by when they were in town. That was a year ago! Don't hire them!

The workers arrived exactly at the time they had set. The two men who removed the carpeting and laid the new hardwood floors in the hallway and two rooms worked with only time off for lunch. After a day's work they cleaned all the areas that were involved. They removed heavy furniture to begin the job and placed it back when the job was completed. The end result was as we had hoped. All went well and I would certainly recommend them.
