Wanot Flooring installed floating Bamboo floor at our house in Kent WA We complained about the creaking noise, but instead of fixing the issue blamed it on the lumber liquidators floors. He never came to fix the creaking noise. We trusted Wanot flooring hoping that it would do a good job and we have even paid before the finishing the floor..Instead of fixing the floor, Wanot floor never addressed the issue of creaking floor in floating floor.When we asked him to fix it, he send us letter that it is water damage issue.Here are bunch of disconnect in Wanot letter and trying to prove that it is flooring or fault.Wanot flooring did not install the floor as per the manufacture spec and that led to floor creating creaking noises. I got the installation instruction from the lumber liquidators on 9/6/2015. As a professional installer Wanot flooring should be following the manufacture spec to install the floor and not me.Here are reasons, floor is creaking/noise/squeaks from day one.
1. Wanot flooring did not install the proper padding per manufacture spec. Wanot flooring have installed its own nylon padding (which should not have been installed in the first place,  see page  7, item1), , even though I have bought felt padding from the lumber liquidators per their spec.which I returned since Wanot flooring convinced that his nylon padding was better than the lumber liquidators padding. 2. I believed Wanot flooring as a professional and let Wanot install on nylon padding, Nylon padding allows the pressed board (when you stand on it) to compress more than manufacture spec and creates relative motion at the joints and hence creaks.3. Wanot did not install the transitions at every 30' every length and breadth of the boards.4 Wanot did not leave 0.25" gap all around finishes, trims, doors, ends and cabinets5. Wanot flooring did not level the floor, before you started laying the floor.Just to clarify Wanot, here are actual eventsWhen Wanot flooring was informed, on first day you installed the half floor Aug 26,2015 , via text that creating noises/squeaking, on Aug 27. 2015,@ 11:51AM, per text. Wanot said those not from floor installation.. At that time there was not any drop of water on the floor.Text Aug 27. 2015,@ 11:51AM "Alex, Thanks for putting the floor. I observed that the squeaks/noise in floor. Just wondering if you could make that it does not squeek and gaps in planks end surface or surface when joining together"
1. At the end Wanot flooring did the inspection and blamed it on manufacture. 
2. I started complaint with the lumber liquidators, Lumber Liquidators did the inspection report and found that it is not the wood issue, but installation issue.
Lumber Liquidators, report noted in the report conclusion, that it is the installation and not at all the manufacture issue.
Even after repeated requests, Wanot flooring never fixed the floor. On the top of it Wanot flooring asked me to pay his inspection report. Wanot flooring even threatened to ruin my credit. Any inspection was never part of any contract.
