He arrived on time, was willing to make changes based on customer's needs and cleaned up thoroughly when finished. We had a late night sewer back up, and my friend recommended this rapid raptor sewer drain. So I called them and was able to schedule them that night. They cleared my toilet, ran a camera and identified the problem and found out where the breakage happened. They gave me a fair estimate to repair that section of the line and we decided to go with the work because they were out here so fast. They were extremely professional. They got the job done within 2 days and I was really happy with the final work. I will definitely be referring them to my friends.
